I couldn't more unimpressed

I couldn't more unimpressed with this service and recommend you check with whatever city you're going to in order to see if they offer SIM cards locally.

The card was in a completely different location than where I landed in Cape Town. The Vodacom folks did go get it, clear to the other side of the entire airport, but not without grumbling.

I was assured my next SIM would be available in Cape Town and it was after 10 minutes of searching. It was NOT activated. The Vodacom folks added a bundle, but it NEVER ACTIVATED. I contacted b4ITravel over the course of, so far, 3 days with no response. I've done it thru WhatsApp and email. I have no service of any kind in Malta, yet they assured me that I would. If it's not working here, it won't anywhere. I'm asking for a full refund, since I did not get one pennyOf what I paid for. Nothing. Can't make phone calls, can't text, no data. Totally worthless when I need data for my confirmations for upcoming tours.

Shame on this company for not ensuring what I paid for over a month in advance was not taken care of or activated properly and refusing to answer my queries.

Don't bother unless you've no other choice. Most of the time you have choice. I want my money back.

Good product

Good value for money. And takes hassle out of traveling abroad and maintaining cellular connectivity.

Only issue I had was around knowing what my balance was ... but that could be the mobile provider issue

Excellent for South Africa sim with data package

A great way to buy your sim card before you arrive so that it is pre registered and you have the number in advance to give to friends and family. Staff insert the card in the phone and set up on arrival so you are ready to go. Seems good value for money and you can top up if you need more data.Vodacom has great coverage in SA we had a signal all the way from Cape Town to Joberg on the train when others were trying to use onboard wifi......

Great service and information

Great service and information. I have not pickles up the Sim yet. But I trust everything Will be ok when I arrive. Got the nr already in the mail.

Perfect customer service!

Walked through customs. Shop was right there. The guy behind the counter was awesome! He was expecting me, took my phone did everything checked it was all working. Perfect what more can I say!

Handy to have i

It’s good you can sort a SIM card for South Africa b 4 u travel not always the cheapest way of getting a card but least you don’t have the hassle of sorting 1 when you get there and you can either pick it up when u arrive or have it sent to you

SIM not usable yet....

Pickup at airport went smoothly, however, the staff member dealing with me did not unlock the new SIM card even though requested to do so. There was little interest in helping us and I was told to go away and try on my own. We now have a phone we cannot use and have to trail into town to try again at the Vodacom shop.
