Redemption in review since 07/16/26. Going one star based on the redemption process. If multiple purchases and redemptions have been made, why is there a need for review to last this long. If there is an issue with my game play or anything else would that not have been addressed previously. I have no problem with security checks or fraudulent reviews. What I have a issue with is timely processing. We as users if we don't respond in timely manner to any verification request we are penalized. It appears that doesn't work both ways. I can only assume I'm being penalized for winning at this point. I believe in leaving fair reviews. Be consistent with redemptions.
