Love the game variety and platform. I just put in a redemption for $200 3 days ago. I'll change the star rating once I receive my redemption depending how long it takes.

So we're on day 8 and I've heard nothing about my redemption. I've not been able to speak or chat with a human to see if additional information is needed from me just a generic bot saying it's being processed. So as we close in on the 10 day mark I'm going to lower my rating and stop using BaBa Casino. There are far too many online casinos that pay withing 24-48 hours to waste my time and money on a casino that has zero customer service, zero help, and ridiculously long waits on redemptions.

It is now day 10 BaBa Casino where is my $200 redemption????? Nothing additional has been requested. Can't even speak or chat with a human. The only excuse u come up with is security reasons??? No other online casino takes this long FACTS!!!! Unless there are other circumstances involved. The reason it takes so long is because the casino is trying to get us to cancel the redemption and continue gambling so we lose what we've won!!!! Guess what? I'm not cancelling and I want what I won this is beyond ridiculous at this point!!!!!

I won 100 dollars last Friday and I redeemed to go to my chime account still havent recieved an approval email yet and it's been a week. I dont understand how people are saying there redemtion was fast because waiting a week and still no approval email that sucks!!!
