AVOID!!! Over 2 months I have chased missing items and they keep saying they would send never did. It was then confirmed it will be refunded and no refund provided. It’s disgusting that this business thinks they can just take peoples money for absolutely nothing! The customer service is shocking.

I've ordered a few times now and always pleased with what I receive. They are so accommodating and always do what you ask for. Delivery does take a little long but it's always worth the wait..lots of lovely bits on the website at the moment..well done Babbico you're smashing it🩷

I ordered on the 12th August a £15 box with a free gift I waited and waited no dispatch email so I can emailed the company and was told this week 27th August again no dispatch email so I emailed again on Friday 30th August and they said they was dispatching tomorrow and again no email to say it’s been dispatched very disappointing for a small business, I was cautious about ordering as I have seen bad reviews saying delivery takes a long time but I thought sometimes things do accidentally slip but I feel when I first messaged it should have been sent out that day but I’m still waiting I hate writing reviews but the customer service is shocking and I actually see a video of one of the owners moaning that someone had left a bad review and I felt sorry for them but when I’ve emailed twice to say it will be dispatched and nothing it’s very poor

Well they have done it again! These girls work tirelessly to get out orders out and yes they do run behind because there is only 2 of them plus they are full time mummy's! And run a house but you will not be disappointed with whatever you choose to buy! Go look on their website Babbico.co.uk and if you only leave with 1 item I'll be shocked! The quality is amazing! If you want anything that's not on the site as in designs please ask them on your notes and I promise you they will try to accommodate you with everything, enjoy guys 💞💙

I ordered a gift box that had a beautiful cream and beige blanket which was
personalised,
plus with a soft toy giraffe called Giselle.The blanket is lovely material and such good quality, the Giselle toy is super soft and looks absolutely beautiful.
This is a gift and looks so lovely altogether in the gift box☺️ Would highly recommend buying from Babbico

I've ordered from this company a couple of times when they had their mystery box deals on. I loved my first order so much that I ordered again.

Obviously you don't know what you are specifically getting with a mystery box so I popped a note with my order to say what I already had, just in the hope I wouldn't get any duplicates. Not only did they not send duplicates, but they actually sent items that would match what I already had, and were more than happy to accommodate my love for neutrals. After ordering, I had realised I hadn't stated sizes so I reached out and the team were really lovely!

Personally I couldn't fault anything, particularly considering the price paid!

Such a lovely small business with beautiful baby products. Packaging is stunning, delivery is as stated on their page and the ladies that run it are amazing too! Would highly recommend💜

Took over two weeks to send the wrong parcel out. Assured me it would arrive on time for a baby shower…it didn’t. I’m now having to fight with them because they won’t send me the correct items I ordered.
