This site is a scam. I ordered pants for my neice around Christmas and have yet to receive them. I have emailed the company three times for a refund to only get one response where they offer me a coupon off my next order. They are unprofessional and don't care about their customers. The minute you mention refund they stop responding. Buyer beware. Also, these come from China and I think you may have to pay an additional customs fee...yeah that's not disclosed anywhere.

I placed an order from this site on Dec 12 I haven't received my order or my refund I was told twice I will receive a refund I have yet customer service is bad and I will advise everyone not to order online with this site they are scams

This is a scam!!! Don’t buy anything from here. I have emailed and emailed and emailed they have not responded I ordered a cell phone case 12/25/22 it is now February 18, 2023 and I still haven’t received it every time I go to tracking it says it’s on his way and now the tracking says cannot find the item. Such a bs Scam!!! I wish there was a way to get this bamby shut down. Make me sick people so this.

Received my items over a month after ordering. Finally received order, I purchase 5 pairs of pants all size XL. I am usually a L but wanted a baggy look. None of the pants fit and have the tag XL on them, but one of the pants specifically have the XL tag with the size 7 on the back of it. Since when is a XL mean a size 7? ALSO, one of the pant's button hole is not even cut to close the pants. WASTE!

This website is a scam. I placed an order december 15th. It's now February 15th. 2 months and still no order. Every time I track it, it says the same thing package on the way. I've emailed several times and I keep getting the same answer. They had shipment issues. Such a scam and they refuse to refund my money. I spent over $100 and now I see they have scammed alot of people. Don't do buy from them!!

Ordered clothes, payed for vip shipping. My package never arrived. They are horrible at responding to emails. They will not provide me a tracking number however say my package is on the way and will arrive in 5-7 days which package was never received. They will not give me a refund or help in any way

Placed my order over a MONTH ago- tracking information says it still has not even been shipped yet! Emailed customer service a week ago to figure out where my order is and have not gotten an answer. Do not waste your money. Trying to get a refund.

Sent the wrong size no response from customer service and it took over 3 weeks to arrive. Nope.

I ordered two swimsuits in June. One of them came in about 6 weeks after I ordered it. It was supposed to be a cute yellow swimsuit. It didn’t fit right and was bright orange. It is late October and I have yet to receive the other swimsuit I ordered.

Very very poor quality clothing, do not buy from bambi if you are wanting decent quality.
