Babel Audio is a great experience and a great place to work... especially if you need a job that has flexibility to line up with your personal schedule. You get to have meaningful conversations at your own convenience. It's a great work from home experience where your co-workers are friendly and your management team is even friendlier. :-)

Great, great experience. The company is very organized and the process easy to understand. It is important to have a good audio set up, but it has been so enjoyable to work with Babel Audio. Highly recommend if you enjoy chatting. They pay on time and have had no problems with this.

So much I could say. I participate in a few Ai training platforms and this is easily the top brand. They are the most organized. They are the most approachable. They are always seeking to upgrade the platform (almost to a fault). I have to say the most important part that is most impressive other than never having confusing regarding payment is the kindness of the administrators. All are genuine, personable, and caring. Seems all are U.S. based as well. That's a bonus!

Babel is a fun job allowing me to set my own hours and work as much or as little as I want. However, I believe the pay is fine to start out but as people progress there should be a greater hourly rate for people who have been there a while and do great work. The pay is on time and every Tuesday and have never had a problem with that. I use PayPal and they make it so easy to get paid. I feel what would make it better is allowing people to earn more bonuses and a higher hourly rate for good performance would up the moral and make people work harder

I love Babel Audio because it is fun and easy freelance remote work, you don't have to be an employee, you just go onto your computer and do it whenever you have time and whenever you want, the pay is more than fair for the effort that you have to put into it, and anybody that has a newer laptop for the microphone and a headset for audio has enough audio equipment to produce quality enough calls to satisfy the platform's needs. If you have a lot of free time, this is a great way to make more money than you could make at a normal job right from your home!

Absolutely horrible customer service that does not provide information on anything. They have excessively high standards for audio quality, especially background noise. You would have to complete this in a recording studio or a laboratory to meet their ridiculous standards. This is a total waste of time.

The pay is fair, and they always pay on time. Every Tuesday night, without fail. That might sound like the bare minimum but trust me, after using other platforms, you start to appreciate it more than you'd expect.

The work is pretty steady too, at least for English speakers. There's basically always something available, so I can hop on whenever I feel like it and find projects to work on. And since it's all remote, there's no commute, no costs, nothing like that, so whatever you earn you actually keep.

The style guides and instructions are really clear, which helps a lot. If you just actually read the rubric and get a feel for what good work looks like, scoring well isn't that hard. It's one of those things where the effort you put in directly shows in your results.

Fair warning though before you get accepted onto the platform, support is a little lacking. Don't expect tons of guidance during the application stage. But once you're in, it flips completely. They have a Discourse community where you can reach mods pretty easily, and people are genuinely helpful and responsive.

I signed up for this company, passed their initial onboarding 'test', filled out the necessary paperwork including signatures, uploaded my ID, attempted to complete the 'selfie' part, and after just two attempts to get it angled properly, I got locked out from completing the verification! I reached out to them to try and complete the process only to be told by their 'payment/verification' partner that they would not be able to move forward in completing the verification!! Total BS, and I would caution anyone to stay away from this company and their unscrupulous practices!

I started using Babel Audio in 2026 and I would like to say that it's UI is easy to use. The work itself is flexible and fit perfectly into my bust schedule. The QA system was fair and accurate. I like working for this company and I can personally vouch for it's authenticity as an employer.
