I received a highchair as a gift. Naturally, we didn't open it until it was time to start solids. Upon opening, we discovered the tray was broken. Customer service stated the parts were discontinued and offered $30 as an inconvenience solution. The original cost of the highchair was over $100. I believe this is unsafe and unsatisfactory.
Ordered a gift that didn’t work. The value was 200.00 . I had to return to Mexico . The cost was 100.00 to return. I would never order from this company unless you are 100% sure you love the product. Too difficult to return. Customer service is not helpful at all. The shipping also takes forever since the product is coming from China. I don’t recommend this company at all.
I ordered the 5in1 play gym. Within 3 weeks it was mouldy, I contacted babyjoy they offered $30. It is of no use as it’s not safe to play on due to mould. Emailed them again they stated it’s wood it shouldn’t be outside. I explained that nowhere does it state indoor only, they stated you can’t put wood outside which I stated that’s ridiculous we have other outdoor play gyms. They have not replied even though I have sent numerous emails. I found them to be rude and won’t answer me at all. I will not spend another cent with them and I have reported them to ACCC. I would not recommend this poor company to anyone
I received a babyjoy stroller as a gift. Whilst travelling one of the wheels came off during a flight. I contacted customer service to ask whether I can purchase a spare but keep being asked for an order number even though I have stated multiple times it was a gift. I just want to purchase the part so I don’t have to get rid of a perfectly good stroller.
Had a nice variety of products and emailed quickly to inform something was out of stock and offered a replacement
Though we like the nursing chair quite a bit, we had a rough delivery experience. The courier just dumped the big parcel at the ground floor and we had to carry it up and install

We have been looking around we just couldn't find a nursery set that was affordable. We found BabyJoy and found their website to be easy to navigate. We found a set that was affordable for us, we will be returning to buy any extra bits we need.

I was really impressed and pleased with Babyjoy customer service. Despite the travel system being widely unavailable across the UK, it was delivered as promised the very next working day . Babyjoy updated me when the order was dispatched and would arrive the day following order . I would highly recommend them and will certainly be a customer in the future.
