Bought the baby joy adjustable foldable high chair via the Baby Bunting site as a Marketplace item.
When It arrived I was not happy with the fact that there is basically no seat for the baby to sit on- just a thin layer of plastic over the two metal bars.
I therefore started trying to find out how to return it. I completed the online form by Baby Bunting customer service and received an auto reply with a reference number on 5th March. Followed up with 2 emails, 1 phone call and another email to Babyjoy direct… NOTHING!
The site says you can return but they will not tell you how!

Defective Honey Joy ride on toy
I purchased a Honey Joy ride on toy for my grandson in Australia. We live in the USA. I did it via Amazon. The you doesn’t work. It’s been a nightmare to try to return it. The company keeps sending me links to a label for a return that is not active. I emailed the company directly - no response. Terrible service not to mention the fact that they sent a defective toy to begin with.

My order got cancelled and refunded with no communication as to why and this means my kids don’t get their Christmas present. Will never buy from this site again and strongly recommend ppl to not purchase from here. Poor customer service!
Worst pram ever
The website was easy to use, reasonably fast delivery but the actual pram is awful, the handle snapped the first time I used it, it's flimsy plastic and the seat is so far forward the weight of the baby makes it almost impossible to push, the breaks don't do anything as even the slightest uneven ground and the pram goes sliding towards the road. DO NOT BUY THE GEMMA PRAM!

Really happy with the purchase although the climbing set is abit rough on the wood. Fast delivery. The courier from Direct freight was very professional and take the time and effort to ensure the parcel was in a safe and secure place. Very happy with the courier company service.
