First time trying kimchi, and im over the moon with choosing to by it from 'kimchi with everything', wow!!!!! Kimchi is so yummy, ive ordered again tonight, im so impressed, I even got a free extra bag of kimchi with my order, you have yourself a regular customer, I am in love with this kimchi, it tastes amazing and I love that its hot and spicy, just makes it extra tasty, i cannot get enough of your kimchi, ive definitely found the best place to get my kimchi! It's absolutely gorgeous 😍 you have an amazing business, im excited for my next batch, thank you 'kimchi with everything'
Lack of customer service
I went to the Birmingham Good Food Show at the end of November when I bought a gift set from the Kimchi with Everything stall. This was a early Christmas gift for my Husband as we have had the Not So Hot Kimchi previously and loved it.
I bought the Not So Hot Kimchi (or so I thought) with some Black Garlic Salt and Kimchi ketchup. When we opened the Not So Hot Kimchi, we discovered it was actually VERY hot! To the point for us it was inedible. We were let pretty disappointed.
I have emailed this company twice regarding this in thr last month (as I believe the wrong label has been put on the jar) and haven't had a single response.
I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and the lack of Kimchi. I won't be buying it again.
In reply - I tried to use the contact page on your website which didn't work (have just checked back and still having issues.) I sent my emails on the 7th December and again on the 21st December to info@kimchiwitheverything .com (have left the space in the email address as unable to leave full email addresses in reviews.

No product arrived
I had ordered and was advised her payment method was down and asked that I pay via PayPal. I followed her direction and paid as though 'Friends and family' I know it was a stupid to do so amd as expected no product arrived.
Months later I checked amd the usual payment method was back up running and ordered again (I really like kimchi). I got a notification that it was sent and got a tracking number. Few days later I checked the tracking and it referred to 'no package'. I contacted Tina but was advised she was having issues with the postal service. No product arrived and all emails since are ignored.
Her product is good but her running of the business online is exceptionally bad.

delivery and shipping did take a while through parcelforce however kimchi arrived in good condition and is super super tasty!!

Excellent service! Met Tina in person at the BBC good food show and bought some stuff, ordered online. Did take a bit of time as it’s sent from parcel force. Products are great cannot fault xx

Really disappointed with this place
Really disappointed with this place! Was looking forward for a nice meal but finished leaving it! They didn’t have any fish or seafood from the menu 😳 so I needed to go for something else. Chosen some rice with chorizo which was supposed to be medium spicy but oh dear me it was inedible ! It was so ridiculously spicy I couldn’t even force myself to eat it! Nobody even asked us how the food was which is really poor service! Do not recommend!

wish i read the reviews first! i ordered beginning of march and have received nothing. sent emails and left messages. no response. avoid, avoid, avoid.
Shocked at the lack of customer…
Shocked at the lack of customer service! I put in an order at the end of February and dispatch was supposed to happen on the 14th of March. Still no kimchi to this day. I have sent numerous emails and tried to contact them on social media but have not received any replies. It is a real shame because I used to order from them a few years ago and there were never any problems and the kimchi was so good. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank now to get my money back. Please don’t offer services you cannot provide.
Fraudulent website
Should have checked here first. They have taken the money, no delivery and no response. Been almost month. I have chased them twice and there is no response.
No goods and no response
A similar experience to other reviewers, unfortunately, and like some of them I also regret not checking Trustpilot first. I'd previously bought some of the company's products via Amazon, so I was unaware that there were problems with ordering direct. I ordered from the site almost a month ago and the automatic confirmation e-mail was the last time I heard from them. Their site says they dispatch on a few specific days, and while I only ordered a pack of gochugaru – dried chilli – and not fresh kimchi, I was willing to wait. When that date passed and there'd still been no e-mail to say the order had been dispatched, I tried to contact them. Their web site doesn't indicate there are any problems with placing orders and the storefront is still live – I've just tested it. But there's no response to e-mail, calls go to voicemail, and you can't DM them on Twitter/X. Their Facebook page doesn't appear to have been updated in a long time. So I've cancelled the order and asked for a refund in 14 days as per their terms. If there's still no response by then, I'll request a chargeback from the card company.
This business should not sell online
Ordered in January and all i have had is an email saying they will let me know when my order will be shipped. It is now 17th March and they do not respond to emails or answer their phone. They shouldn't be selling online, AVOID.
Terrible and it’s such a shame
Ordered on 16/01/24 for a 31/01/24 despatch. Come 10/02/24 - nothing from the company. I then sent at least half a dozen emails, I’ve forgotten how many times I’ve rang their mobile phone contact number, sent them numerous messages on WhatsApp and FB Messenger - but not once was there a reply or acknowledgment. I think I would have been more forgiving regarding a late delivery if they had just made contact with me and simply just let me know.
It’s such a shame as they seem lovely people when we met them at the BBC Good Food Show and their kimchi and chilli oil are simply amazing. I wished I’d looked at the reviews on here first as I would have never bought from them.
Just as I was going to ring the credit card company to get a refund, I got an email from Kimchiwitheverything on 18/02/24 to say the order has been despatched. The order arrived 3 days later and I found that the order was wrong. For a week now I have emailed, called and messaged them without any response. To be honest I’m not surprised.
I don’t get it, their products are truly amazing (and I mean that) but their customer service is so so poor, to the point that I won’t order from them again. I may buy again if I went to the Good Food Show this year. It’s such a shame.
Keep coming back
We have ordered twice now and received both orders quickly and well wrapped. There was some slight leaking but as explained on their website this can happen as the lid needs to breathe slightly.
We have tried other kimchi but came back to this one because of the quality, taste and texture...this is the real stuff and tastes great

Ordered a few times
Ordered a few times, first, never arrived until several emails later, it did arrive finally, ordered again, no problem this time, ordered again ,in fact decided to subscription for a monthly order, this was early October, not heard thing since( except reading other reviews I got the same answer, parcels mixed up etc, so I have got a refund from credit card company),shame really, it is the best kimchi I’ve found so far, just wish they could get their order system under control.
Marathon delay
It was horrendous online experience with this purchase. Hope this seller improves communication and organisation in the business.
Ordered products on 25th September’23. Posted on website that order will post out on 14th October’23. No message received after 14th October’23, decided to contact seller on 19th October’23. Tina Benson responded after 3 days via email stated that parcel was dispatched and I should receive it the coming week.
After a week, no sign of parcel arriving, I phoned and left messages. As seller did not get back to me, I contacted seller on 2nd November’23 using the contact form on the seller’s website. Tina Benson responded on same day and stated that she had large amount of parcels returned back to her by Parcel Force. It appeared that one of them must be mine and she needed to receive the parcel in order to resend to me. Frankly, I didn’t quite understand her statement!
I contacted the seller again on 12th November’23 as still did not receive my order. An email sent to me on 15th November’23 stated that my order was on the way. Finally I received delivery on 20th November’23.
Seller took her time to respond and did not explain the genuine reason of delay. Just wish I had viewed Trust pilot reviews prior ordering online. Certainly will do it in future online purchases.
I am so disappointed
I am so disappointed. Met Tina at Gardners World live. She seemed lovely and we loved the products. Ordered on line and only ever received a small part of my delivery. I have requested a refund through PayPal after failing to get any assurance that my products would be delivered
They don’t deliver

I realise this is a small business, but all the more reason to go the extra mile and deliver orders. I still hadn’t heard anything by 9th November. I got fed up with waiting, so I got a refund through PayPal.
Be patient - it turns up eventually

Edited - eventually the Kimchi arrived and it was excellent. You just have to be patient as clearly they are not a big business churning this stuff out en masse…

So sad that we haven't received our order.
Met at the good food festival, absolutely amazing flavours and clearly a small business, i was happy to place a good size order.
21st july placed order. Website updated to say orders after 1st July will be posted out 6th August.
Its now the 18th and no reply to emails or text.
I can understand if your overwhelmed with orders, just let me know. I'll wait, but the 0 communication is causing me to think that I'll need to complete a charge back to retrieve my money.
Im happy to change this review if all can be resolved.

A shame as the initial impression of the company at a local event was great and the products are tasty, but communication and suitable packaging lets them down. If I don't hear from them soon, I'll move on to a different supplier. Update - now emails bouncing back - Undeliverable! 😡
