I cannot recommend Josh and his team at Anthony Pepe highly enough—5 stars all the way. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, maintaining clear and speedy communication throughout the entire process.

Even during a quiet and challenging market, they were hardworking and proactive, consistently searching for leads and ultimately finding the perfect buyer—someone who was an ideal fit for my property. Beyond this, they provided invaluable support navigating a complex legal bottleneck, including a complete rewriting of the freehold deeds and long delays from the lawyers. Their guidance was reassuring and knowledgeable, and kept the process moving, turning what could have been a very stressful and uncertain situation into a smooth and manageable experience.

In short, Josh and his team combine expertise, diligence, and outstanding client care. Their professionalism, persistence, and friendly approach make them exceptional agents to work with. I could not recommend them more highly. Thank you so much again!

Person never showed up to apartment showing in NYC. Waited 30 minutes outside at night and sent 3 emails, I was ghosted.

Labelling non-bedroom and barely-a-bedsit properties as one bedroom flats on Rightmove with the price to match. The man's a crook.

Josh, the manager at Crouch End, was always there, responsive, quick to communicate, and willing to listen to any issues that came up around the sale. At no point did he make me feel railroaded into making a decision I was not happy with. He was able to offer empathy when the first buyer withdrew for lack of funds and to get the process going again, with consistent effort throughout the various ups and downs of the process. Finally getting ot the point of completion - at no point did I feel Josh's interest wane even when juggling many other sales as well.

The team was responsive and clearly well led by Josh making a very effective unit together.

I am very grateful to the staff at Anthony Pepe for sticking with it and seeing my sale through to final completion. Many thanks!
