Terrible service

I got a wrong mattress.
I contacted customer service and explained them the problem. Additionally asked them to resolve the issue ASAP because I’m expecting a delivery of my baby quite soon.
No excuses from them and no attempts to quickly resend me the right mattress.
Instead of that they gave me the return label to send back the wrong item.

The return of the mattress must take place before the correct item can be sent and that was the problem for you, although we can already provide the exchange within a maximum of 4 working days.

Therefore, it was also important for us and for you that you were able to return the item immediately so that we could provide you with the correct item quickly.

Sorry you don't like our quick service.

Do not order!

Do not order from here. Ordered a car chair, was told that I would get the track and trace next day which of course we didn’t. Customer service says again you will get it tomorrow and nothing. Absolutely shocking.
Hoping they cancel the order and we get a refund but never ever again!!

Be careful: 8 euros to return small package, 20 for bigger one

I made an order and mistakenly chose the wrong size of the item, and minutes after I emailed the shop asking to cancel the order. They mentioned it is not possible and the only thing I can do is reject the delivery- for which I need a proof, otherwise I will be considered responsible in case the package is lost. Otherwise, I will be charged 8 euros for a small package or 20 (!!)for large if I accept it and decide to return it.
It is only written with a small print at the end of their terms.
It turned out that Post.nl doesn't give any proof that the package is rejected, so I decided to keep an item because something tells me I would lose the money and the package would get lost- which wa ssuggested to me as an option.
Very surprising terms for a webshop, and I definitely won't order again, considering having to pay such a high fine in case the item doesn't fit.

First of all, thank you for your purchase from Babylux.

An order placed with us during the working week is processed within the hour which was the case with you here.

Therefore, the shipment could no longer be stopped as your parcel was already in transit.

A refusal at the door is indeed an option whereby you, the customer, only need to take a photo of the programmation on the driver's device as proof if the parcel does not return to us properly so that we can refund you back.

You ordered a product for which return costs are indeed to be covered if the product is received and the client wants to return it back.

We also sell 'Premium' products where the return costs are covered by us. You can easily recognise these by the golden label on the product page.

Pity that here our clear message on the phone and by mail was not well understood and that the driver who delivered you here did not cooperate properly.

Amazing super fast service

The shipment was less than 24 hrs and I received stroller on Saturday. I also received voucher in value of 10% of my order. I am very happy with this shop, with service and prices. This is not my first good experience with them and I am sure I will shop here again. I only recommend, 10/10 points!

Terrible support, broken products

Ordered a chair from babylux. It was broken. Support was slow, took over a month to send a replacement and then it was also broken.

They will only talk on email, and when I called the store they claimed no one was there who could talk on the phone, all the way up to the CEO.

Also, does not seem to be registered in NL but is running a somewhat deceptive .nl domain. Agent I talked to had no idea what a KVK number was.

After filling in the form, your case was immediately transferred to the manufacturer who handled it within their deadlines.
