First of all, thanks for your purchase to Babylux!

You ordered the 18th March in the afternoon.

We sended you the order directly for reception on the 20th of March as we can see in the track and trace.

So the delivery has been taken place within the 48 hours.

However, our customer service is available by phone.

You probably tried to reach us outside office hours.

Delayed delivery

I have made the order on 16 February for a Chicco baby bed Next2me (n° 2000104719).

10 days later on 26 February I received an email that the order will be received the week 11 March.

Today is 16 March and I received a new email that the order will be received the week 8 April.

We expect our baby to be born at the beginning of April and I am not not sure when the bed will be delivered!

This is the worst service ever!

We are sincerely sorry that the delivery of the cot did not arrive at our warehouse on time.

This is unfortunately something that is not always in our control although we hope eventually we will be able to receive the products on the notified date.

There was a delay here in which we were immediately informed by the manufacturer that the delivery date was pushed back to the week of 8 April wich has been communicated to you immediatly.

We have since made the refund as you requested and cancelled the order.

TERRIBLE Service and NON professional staff and management!

I ordered for my daughter some staff and also for my stroller the rainprotect ,that when I received my package it was missing and also one product was defect the stitches was not straight anyway i directly contact the client service they told me that they wil send directly the missing product (that they didn’t do I was waiting for 2 weeks )and for defect product they send me to aftersales that I don’t understand why because the product wasn’t used it was just send with defect anyway after I was waiting for one month for get reply from aftersales service i called them and I was angry as they lie too me they told me we will contact you next week that they didn’t do after all this 1 month after so many emails I called them again and they was like yes we send you email and I told them that I spoke with your colleagues and we decided to do exchange procedures anyway they told me you need to contact us with email that I answered no you need to find solution now because I was already tired !I told that I want to speak with manager she just told me good bye and shut the phone!after I called and another women answered she told me I am a manager and allowed my employee to closed the phone.What kind of service is that in the end one man spoke to me (he introduced him self as a boss he didn’t wanted to give his name and he threatened me if I not accepted this offer he will do the refund in 30 days instead of 4 days!I was in shock in the end he told me to don’t call them again .is terrible service I think a service need to find a solution and hear a client service and in the end it was there issues not my and still I wait for one month!

This company I would never recommend to no one .
Is bad service the client service don’t hear the client what is the problem

First of all, thank you for your purchase from babylux.

There was contact here between yourself and the after-sales service for a small stitching that stuck out at the bag.

This was a redundant stitching which is common and could simply be cut off.

You disagreed with this and wished to receive a new one.

We agreed to this but, they were difficulties again and you refused to send it back before receiving a new one.

So that this took some time is not due to our after-sales service but only to the fact that there was a refusal on your part to return the product after which we could send a new one on receipt of this one.

Through numerous phone calls where you even used unfriendly language, we still persevered and eventually managed to ensure that the product was taken back and refunded eventually.

Regrettable that we too were victims of an unfair way of handling our procedures and also the way the staff were victimised by the way they were addressed by you.

I wasn't aware of the Babylux website…

I wasn't aware of the Babylux website prior to making a purchase, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the items were delivered and the fact they had several Babyzen Yoyo items for sale on their website. I'm also glad their delivery method is via DPD and not Chronopost, which has a tendency to change their pick up points to inconvenient locations without consulting the customer.

Totally recommend Babylux

We bought a bugaboo butterfly for travelling and found babylux great value with very good support services and delivery super quick, would totally recommend this company! Plus the pushchair is just what we wanted which is what plus !
