Purchased the I safe travel system delivered within 6 days despite 2 day back hols and a weekend all complete with all accessories and in perfect working order will be using again, thoroughly recommend.

The website it misleading and I will be logging it with trading standards
Don’t waste your time purchasing a misleading product from this very unprofessional business
Yes they state you can return but this is at your own cost for postage.
Go to a more reputable company and give these scammers a wide berth
Very disappointing service

my baby died and they would not take back my pram i bought which was not even opened or used!! Still in the box as I received it
If i could chose no stars i would chose that!
Don’t recommend very cruel company i thought due to my circumstances they would consider this!

Do not buy from this company, received faulty item which was not save to put my baby in incase it collapsed, took me weeks to try and get return address to send back numerous calls and emails (emails ignored) and when I did they said for me to pay postage which cost me £15 and they would inspect the item then refund me if faulty (which i knew they was going to say the item was ok) I did receive a refund which was over the month of return in fact just under 2 months why did they refund me if everything was ok with item but was over the month of return??? They know it was faulty and I have no way of getting this back, which I will just call it a loss on my part, customer service awful when I got through to a man he was so rude to me and then hung up. I would really think twice about buying from this company and I will make sure all my friends and family know not to buy from this company. Worst experience of buying anything since I have had my baby and I would not risk buying anything else faulty from this company, hope whoever reads this thinks twice about buying from baby travel!!!!

You did not reply back to me at all I had to ring loads of times and I’ve got all the emails to prove this so don’t make out as though im a liar, it’s took me weeks to finally get the returns address the item was faulty end off I have the videos to prove that also and it was not easy at all to put together why would I waste all my time emailing with no reply and ringing if everything was ok with it.

Customer service was terrible even rude on the phone and it took me weeks to get a return address from you the one on the website was different to the one that on website where no one was there to sign for return so had to get another postcode again phoning up in order for it to get to the right place this is why it was sent back after the month and it definitely wasn’t 3 months I’ve all the emails and also the date I payed to send back as the address was wrong I had to get dpd to change address which delayed by another week

And now then making me out to be a liar joke of a company i suggest u look at all my emails first and also see how many times I called up before u try and say I’m lying what a horrible company to deal with

I bought a pram travel bag so my buggy wpuld be protected a bit more whilst in transit in the airplane.
The delivery for this item was earlier than estimated and the item quality was far better than expected.

This company is a joke. I paid £10.45 for a buggy hood but unfortunately it was not suitable. I returned the item following their guidelines which meant I had to pay £4.45 postage because they needed a tracking number. I was expecting a refund of at least £10.45 but I only got £6.95 back because they didn't refund their shipping and taxes cost. End result? I'm £7.95 out of pocket. I will never use them again, I'll stick to Amazon or Argos, that way I'll know if a product is unsuitable at least I'll get my money back. You can draw your own conclusions from this experience, but my advice would be to shop elsewhere if you want decent customer service.
