Quality customer service. There was a delay by the deliverers but they quickly sent me another product and I got it in no time. My baby is happy and we are happy to see our little boy stroll in style

Delivery was prompt I bought the pram for my daughters reborn she loves it got everything with it to defo recommend.

Purchased 2 car seats for my twins we were 100% happy with until the plastic facia the hold the tightening strap in place snapped on 1 seat at one side where the screw holds it in place. A few weeks later it happened on the 2nd seat and by that time the 1st had sheared off on the other side. I contacted Baby Travel UK who immediately advised us to stop using the seats and return them for inspection at a courier cost of £30 and that they'd have a report within 3 -5 working days. I explained I had a huge issue with no car seats as I has to have access to my car daily for the medical needs of my other daughter. I was assured it would be a quick turnaround. It took them 30 days to assess and return my still broken seats as being "tampered" with and not a manufacturing fault.
Why anyone can assess a flimsy bit plastic shearing off at screw points due to the stress of use - the strap being pulled to tighten as more likely to have been "tampered" with is utterly ridiculous. Not to mention the length of time it took to get this decision.
How can I trust that these seats are even safe. The credibility of any safety checks they said they done cannot be trusted. My seats have now been repaired by me by simply using a washer to secure and strengthen the broken screw points while I find the money to buy 2 new car seats that I can trust to keep my babies safe.
Avoid if you want an aftercare service and any kind of customer care.
I'm so very disappointed with this experience.

Purchased an iSafe Flat Foldable Newborn Baby Bath. Pictures on website show that it comes with a newborn cradle insert. However, what it does not tell you is that this is only available in grey. So when you pick a different colour, they send you the bath without a newborn insert. Information on the site should be clearer. Costs should not be incurred for refunds, by customers who are misled.

Delivered quickly and in great condition. Pretty easy to fix into my Mazda6 Estate and it looks fantastic! My daughter seems very comfortable in it too and sleeps well. The different angles it has that she can sit in is wonderful.

I have has a very bad experience, i have bought on the website and by day everything fine, Hours later i have received an email where says the card was registered in a different address than the card registration address(note the card is registered at my work address.)
after all they cancel your order and it probably will take 1 week the send it back ( while this my 6 months baby will have no place to sleep)

this situation make anyone s frustrated and disappointed . After a phone call all they said basically to me was. that the way we woks and i dont care about your baby)

I have bought several items from Baby Travel in the past and had no issues. However, my last experience will mean that I would no longer purchase from BabyTravel again or recommend them to other parents (I work with new parents day to day). We purchased a universal footmuff and used it only for a few days before noticing the stitching was coming away near the zip. I contacted BabyTravel and provided pictures of issue. I was so surprised with the response I received. Basically, I was accused of 'ripping' the stiching out which is just not true. I explained that was case and there was no response. I chased again only to be given the same message that it had been ripped out. I was offered to send it back at my own cost for investigation but no replacement was offered. The customer service provided was disgusting especially as the product was not fit for purpose due to a quality issue. No responsibility was taken by BabyTravel for the quality of their products and the experience of their customers. I do not recommend this company as there is zero customer service if you have an issue after with your purchase.

Beware this company uses Evri to ship their products.
As predicted, Evri delivery was a nightmare and took almost 2 weeks. I spent days at home waiting for the parcel that wouldn’t come despite tracking being set to “due to be delivered today”. As there is no way to contact Evri, I contacted Baby Travel instead offering to order the item again and gave it shipped using Royal Mail or a different courier. Instead I got a very unhelpful and rude reply. Eventually after 2 weeks, Evri courier dumped the parcel on the street where one of my neighbours found it.

Its practical is comfy my 3year old loves it usually its always a mission to get my child in his buggy so I decided to buy a new one and now he wont get off it the wheels are amazing for the roads its light and easy to push closes up easy and very small and has everything you need so your child wont be cold in the winter times and the best part of it is the Ipad pocket so my child is also entertained. Mummies You will not regret buying this!!

Excellent car seat for an excellent price, does take a bit of effort to sort it in the car but once in it was great. Nice quality padding.
