Amazing dress and quality. It’s top notch. It really has weight to it

I love Babyboo - I’ve gotten several of my wedding looks here this year, both dresses for my engagement photos, my welcome party dress, two for my bachelorette and another for a friends wedding! The quality makes these pieces worth every penny and the delivery is so quick!!

The designs are beautiful and the quality looks pretty much just like the pictures online. I’ve only discovered BB recently so I can’t speak to longevity but the materials seem like they will hold up a long time. I’m 5’10 and 180lbs, athletic type build and I’ve gotten mostly 1x but 2x for some items that don’t stretch. The dresses are long! Def tall girl friendly! Shipping is good too.

Everything fit great and the dresses were all of high quality, I was a bit concerned about that since it was my first time taking an order from so far away and did not know what to expect, but it totally exceeded my expectations!
The measurements were very true-to-size and I was surprised how fast the shipment came! I will totally keep purchasing in the future

I don’t like when a website enforces your return to store credit. There should be a verbiage at the time of check out so the buyer is aware at the time of purchase. Not hiding it in the policy which you know people don’t read.
No one has right to your money!!!
I should be free to make returns and get my money back. I see why your site doesn’t take credit card.

I recently ordered two dresses, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

The first dress is elegant and perfect for special occasions. The fabric feels soft and high-quality, and it fits exactly as expected. I received so many compliments the first time I wore it. The color looks even better in person than in the pictures, and every little detail is beautifully made.

I think it’s poor that the company only do store credit as a “return” this is not specified when purchasing products. I wouldn’t have bought the dress if I knew this was the case. There should be a refund back to the original debit card.

I have ordered twice off babyboo now and both dresses have been absolutely stunning & such good quality!

Anytime I have a question for customer service they are so prompt and helpful!

I would highly recommend

First I had bought a dress which didn't fit me well, since i bought it a bit late for my event by the time i would have sent it back, got the store credit and bought another dress the event would have been long over. When i approached their complaints team they were very polite, understanding and helpful. They understood my issue and allowed me a one time curtesy of a money refund. I ended up buying another dress which fit me perfectly and looked beautiful. The delivery service was spot on both times and the quality of both dresses is outstanding. BabyBoo’s clothes may not be the most affordable but you are paying for a very good quality and a beautiful dress (in my case). I will certainly shop again from BabyBoo and I have already recommended BabyBoo to multiple of my friends who have the same opinion.

Awful awful awful. Terrible quality! Spent £650 on 3 dresses that are shocking quality to then find out they do not do refunds just store credit? Shameful! Scammers! Never in my life have I ever brought from such a disgusting company

I love the design of the dress, but unfortunately the return policy has really put me off buying from Babyboo again.

The sizing wasn’t quite right, I did measure and was hesitate between the 2 sizes. The website recommended to go up an size if you’re between, so I did. Turned out the nust ws a bit lose so I wondered if a smaller size would have fit better. I didnt have time for return, wait for store credit, order a different size that might or might not fit, wait for the shipment, as the event in coming up in a few weeks. I sinply needed to conpare between the 2 sizes to be able to decide, and because I’m in the UK, exchanges aren’t available. The only option is to purchase another size upfront and then return the original for store credit only.

For occasion dresses that cost a significant amount, it’s very difficult to know the exact correct size without trying them on. If you have an event coming up, you’re effectively expected to pay for two dresses just to compare sizes, and you won’t receive a refund—only store credit.

I understand businesses need return policies, but this one feels particularly unfriendly for international customers. A refund or a proper size exchange would make for a much better customer experience.

The dress itself is lovely, but I personally won’t be purchasing from Babyboo again because of the returns policy.

Love this company and the material is so good compared to other stores. As someone that had a mastectomy and want to still feel sexy these dresses boost my confidence!

Amazing quality and excellent customer service! I own several pieces from BabyBoo and absolutely love them. I recently had to return one item, and the process was quick and easy. Their customer service was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue promptly. Highly recommend!

Customer service was right on point..the dress was more than I excepted meaning the material beautiful looks exactly like the picture when ordered. Always weiry about ordering online. But the experience was great. Deliver was what promised

Very disappointed! The dress was poor quality, didn't fit properly, and looked nothing like the photos on their website. The fact that this company doesn't offer refunds makes the experience even worse. I would never buy from them again!
