I got the samira maxi dress in the color „Lemon“ for my graduation and prom and it was beautiful! It fit perfectly and I love the color. The only „bad“ thing was that it took longer to arrive than they said. It changed the estimated arrival time 2 times and then it still came later. I’m from germany though so I already expected that so its still 5 stars!! I also got a lot of compliments for the dress.

This is my second time buying from this shop. I’ve always loved how beautiful the dresses are. My biggest critique would be that, I wish the brand had more ‘bigger chest girl friendly’. Especially when having to pick which dress would best suit the chest area. I believe that there should ether be an option that say’s available in bigger bust sizes’. Or ‘big bust approved.’ section.

It’s to help more woman like me who have a smaller frame but our bust sizes are huge. It’d help our community out with more cute outfit options as-well. This would be a million dollar idea.

The dresses are beautiful and such high quality! They arrived quickly and looked exactly as advertised. What really helped me pick out the dresses were the multitude of pictures from each angle, many of the dresses had videos so you could also see how they looked in motion. Super quick, thorough, and gorgeous experience!

I requested a return and refund, but they’re only offering a gift card. What a scam. There was nothing at checkout stating that sale items would only be refunded as gift cards. This policy should have been made clear before purchase. They’ve wasted my money of £250 and I’ve also lost the delivery fees. Big noooooo , 👎👎👎👎❌❌❌

All of the dresses are beautiful! 😍 The only downside is the return policy. They only offer store credit instead of refunds. I ordered two dresses because I loved them both, but one didn’t fit the way I expected. I would have preferred to return it for a refund. I was extremely careful when trying it on, and it was returned in the same condition, so it was disappointing that a refund wasn’t an option. And I would’ve lived to get my dresses in a box instead of a plastic bags.
Dresses are also true to sirve.

The quality and efficiency to ship however negative star for having to pay $20 to exchange and no option for refund.

Would give zero stars if I could , cheap material , super small sizes , £10 handling fee for every return and no cash refunds only credit - poor !

Easy to use app, delivery was nice and fast and sizing explanations were very helpful when deciding on a size. :)

Don’t buy if you’re from the UK. Taxes and delivery charges was nearly £100. I ordered 3 dresses for my daughters prom ( as I googled do they do returns and it said yes) one of the dresses was funny size and too big only got store credit back. The second dress had a weird fishy smell luckily as got a refund on that one if not I would of got store credit for both sizes plus the charges ended up costing me nearly £400 for one dress
