Absolutely disgusted with this company. I purchased a Baby Brezza and the motor has stopped working. Because I’m slightly out of my 1 yr guarantee there is nothing they can do. £300 machine not working, they can’t fix and won’t replace.
Beware when purchasing!

Such a life saver for night feeds. No issue with measurements as I've seen people mention previously. It's so easy to clean and makes it easy for people when they are baby sitting!

We’ve been using both the Baby Brezza Formula Pro and the Formula Pro Mini and honestly they’ve been amazing for us.

We keep the Formula Pro downstairs and the Mini upstairs in our bedroom, which has made feeding so much easier, especially during the night. The Mini has been perfect for night feeds as we can make a bottle in seconds without having to go downstairs or fully wake up.

Both machines are really easy to use and prepare bottles quickly at the right temperature, which is such a help when you have a hungry baby and need a bottle fast. It takes away the hassle of measuring powder and waiting for bottles to cool, which has made a big difference to our daily routine.

Having one on each floor has been a game changer for convenience, and we use them multiple times every day. I genuinely wish we had them when we had our first baby

If you’re formula feeding and looking for something to make life easier, I’d definitely recommend them.

Really grateful for the incredibly customer service received after a product I’d purchased had a fault. Sophie responded quickly and helpfully and my issue was sorted within one day and a few emails. Really grateful to not have to wait 48 hours between emails and go through multiple customer service agents like other companies. Sophie is a credit to the company!

Great customer service received and prompt resolution to my issue as unfortunately I had a fault with my steriliser. Polly quickly resolved this and has sent out a replacement machine as I was within warranty and has advised me how to correctly look after the machine.

Fantastic customer service! Can’t fault them they have been great with dealing with a fault with our Steriliser. Had a new one sent out within a day of reporting.

The support team is great. They assist very quickly when you request any assistance.

Quite honestly the worst designed products I have ever used. It seems really clear to me that no one on this design team has babies. Not one part of the design is efficient or easy to disconnect/slot in. Bottles fall over in the bottle washer, you need the steady hand of the bomb squad to balance lids and teets in the top shelf or slot back on the lid, and when taking the lid off, everything falls off, the handle of the water tank gets in the way of the lid & it is so odd that they don’t have an automatic quick wash-quick sterilise option without having to hang around waiting in between to manually select it, and the bottle maker is equally arduous and inefficiently made. Such an expensive, disappointing brand.

We loved our baby brezza milk warmer! It was particularly handy for whenever I was away and my husband needed to warm up some breast milk. It’s so good that it warms it without loosing any nutrients and goodness.

My baby brezza pro formula was making a horrible noise after nearly 9 months of usage. I have send them.just a picture and in 10 min was all sorted. Very professional, and hi productive. I really appreciate all the team support.

We bought our bottle washer pro back in February we use it twice daily most days and it’s been fantastic, it came up with a glitch and we couldn’t trouble shoot it so got in touch with the team and they responded quickly and promptly and dispatched us a replacement their 18 month extended warranty is fantastic and the team are so easy to deal with. A couple of WhatsApp messages back and forth it couldn’t have been easier. Cannot recommend the product enough and the customer service is second to none alongside the product. Really have confidence in the brand, the product and the team behind it.

We love our Babybrezza products. We have a bottle washer and formula pro and these have saved my sanity during the newborn stages. When baby is crying for milk in the late nights, having something that can help make milk within seconds was honestly life-changing
