Amazing shop!
We have bought every bit of baby equipment we need from here- car seats, prams, you name it! The store will let you test out everything to work out what's right for you, plus if you find cheaper elsewhere they will price match. The staff have so much knowledge. Highly highly recommended!

After the excitement of finding out we’re going to become grandparents for the 3rd time there was only one place I knew we would be re-visiting to purchase our new pram. We were looked after so well 5 years ago the service and care is beyond exceptional. The staff are all knowledgeable and very helpful. Would definitely recommend Babycare Bradford.

Staff were so polite and kind. Helped me pick a pregnancy pillow which would be best suited for me - was such a pleasant experience speaking to the two ladies who felt like I’d known them forever they were ever so sweet. Gave lots of time and attention even went to the extent of opening items so I could see them not a regular shopping experience. Would highly recommend especially if it’s your first baby they will give you the best shopping experience not fast paced like other high street stores.

The staff are incredible and can’t do enough to help to ensure you are purchasing the right product! They don’t make you feel rushed or under pressure and are super friendly.

First Class Service
I have recently changed my car and not been the best ‘assembler’ in the world had difficulty with my baby car seat!
Nipped up to Babycare and was assisted by lovely Jayne! She came out to my car, demonstrated how to ensure the seat was in correctly! The service is always the same! I would highly recommend to all new parents and grandparents to visit this shop when looking for prams, buggies and car seats etc!

No pressure. Warm and welcoming.
As soon as we walked through the door we were very warmly greeted and directed to what we were looking for.
We were left to browse with no pressure, but as soon as I needed help they were there with great enthusiasm and could not do enough for us.
I asked many questions and for prices but no pressure to buy.
One of the items was more than I had seen online and the lady was happy to meet the price so don't be shy of asking.
It was lovely to support a local high street company and get lovely service.
