Well packed and prompt delivery.
The Dreamgenii is a great product but takes some getting used to. It doesn’t prevent me from rolling onto my back in the night. I think the small cushion for back support needs to be much bigger or firmer.

Bought 3 sets of Dr Brown’s bottles. The best price among all retailers. I was surprised when my order arrived less then in 24 hours after purchasing.

This company gave me the best customer service. I ordered a silver bundle dr browns bottle set, which was the best value I had seen online anywhere. Unfortunately and due to no fault at all on baby central’s part there was an issue with delivery. (I was not in, and the parcel had been left somewhere I could not find)
Having rang them in a panic not only did Katie keep in contact with me throughout the day and would call me back with updates, she assured me we would sort the issue, she immediately investigated the delivery for me with the courier and ended up sending me another package on express delivery to make sure I had the parcel in time ready for my newborn nephew to come out of hospital the next day. She even had it sent to another address for me to make sure they did not miss out.
I was so impressed and grateful at the way it was handled and could really see they put customers first - even at expense of their own and through no fault of theirs they made sure I was looked after.
Would absolutely recommend and buy again if there is anything I need. Thanks again Katie - you were so helpful and kind.

I ordered these bottles to use in hospital with my bottle-fed newborn, but when they arrived I discovered they weren't appropriate for newborns because of the teats on them being too fast-flowing. I did send them back for a full refund, with no problems, but it was a bit inconvenient and it would've been useful to know beforehand that they weren't suitable from birth.

Product itself came well packaged and had it been suitable, I'm sure it would've been great.

I have not used the product yet but have heard from other mothers that the maternity Csection briefs are brilliant. I can comment on the quality of the service however, which was fantastic, particularly given Brexit challenges with exports. Would highly recommend Babycentral for online orders.
