Dr Brown Bottle leakage
Very disappointed with my purchase. I ordered dr Brown bottles from here and they leakes very time i feed my baby. And of the replacement vent in the bottle is so lose that it keeps coming off. I have used dr brown bottles before too n bought them from another website, this never happened. This is the first time happening. Never going to buy from here anymore.

I Will not order from them again
I Will not order from them again. I placed my order for a dr brown steriliser on 5th of January and waited for my order to arrive. I then received a email 11 days later being told we can’t deliver and reorder. The company did not apologise and did not solve the matter.

When a parcel is found to be undeliverable via our courier, they take it to an access point for collection. As the parcel remained uncollected, it was then returned to us. Beware, don't do refunds
I bought 3x Bravado bras, none of which fit. As outlined in the T's & C's I returned the items in saleable condition within 14 days and they are refusing to refund due to hygiene. Since when could you not refund bras? Every other competitor will do a refund, even Bravado themselves. Avoid like the plague. £60 down the drain.

Wow!
Wow! What a great company! Customer service is absolutely second to none. I needed some bottles exchanged from one colour to another and this really wasn't a problem for Baby Central. I was given regular updates by email by the lovely Katie, who really is a star.
