Not so express delivery
I paid for express delivery on Friday, I was 5 minutes late to get the package sent the same day. OK no problem. Package was meant to arrive Tuesday. Wednesday they failed to deliver the package, Thursday they again failed to deliver. They didn't even try to contact the recipient. We asked to get the delivery to a pickup location, it finally arrived Sunday. The company is great, but the delivery was underwhelming.

I’m truly sorry to read this. I can only apologize that the shipping carrier handled it so poorly. Of course, I will refund the express shipping fee, since the carrier did not deliver as promised.
