Would give zero stars if possible. They ripped me off. I returned an order in May and never received a refund and after multiple messages about how sorry they are, etc. They have now stopped responding. They do have a number of affiliated sites as noted by prior reviewer. The company that billed me is also listed as Designer Rug so I would avoid that one also
Great experience for our daughter's room. We ordered a rug, pillows and a throw for a nursery makeover. Super cute designs and shipped within a day!

An item I ordered was out of stock. I requested a refund instead of picking something else. There were multiple emails back and forth with them telling to check back in a week or two each time. My last email was threatening to report them to the BBB, FTC and dispute the charges with my credit card. That got their attention and I received my refund that same day. By the way, they have an F rating on BBB. I wish I had looked at that before purchasing anything from them.
Also doing business under the name Burke Decor- buyer beware. Not worth the stress, still waiting for a refund two months later.
