Erin Burke owns this business and stole $6700 from Chad C. waterhouse Design. He never received the items and after many attempts to collect his refund including legal routes. They accepted the order within weeks of filing for bankruptcy. Do not order from her new company.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM. If you want back-up then search Erin Burke of Burke Decor. Scam Artist extraordinaire! She's shuttered (if not forced by the state) to close Burke Decor but she's selling the same crap on this site and still scamming and cheating people out of their money. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Garbage company run by garbage people. Will take your money but never give it back. Didn’t send the items and didn’t refund afterwards. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS SCAM WEBSITE

The woman who owns this company also owned Burke decor. Look it up. She stole money from thousands of people, including one of my clients who never received an item we ordered from them and they did not reimburse her despite dozens of emails back-and-forth saying they were working on the reimbursement which never came through. She’s a thief and should not have been allowed to open yet another business to steal from even more unsuspecting customers.

🚨 FRAUD! SCAM! 🚨 DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. I am a victim of fraud by the owners previous business called Burke Decor. I never recieved my $952 light fixture and still have yet to recieve a refund, TWO YEARS LATER.

I ordered a $130 gift for my mom from Studio Per Diem on July 29th. Their website claimed 3–5 days for shipping, but I never received a tracking number or update. I contacted them on August 7th—over a week later—and was told there was a delay and it would ship in approximately another week.
Fast forward: a full week later, still nothing. I followed up again and got another vague response with no shipping info. During that time, I reached out twice more to express concern since the gift was for a specific date—August 22nd—and I needed to know if it would arrive in time. Each time, I got no clear answer or timeline.
What’s most frustrating is that if I hadn’t reached out first, I never would’ve even known about the delay. At no point did they proactively notify me. It feels like they were hoping I’d just forget.
After seeing no movement and doing some digging, I found out Studio Per Diem used to be called Burke Decor, which had many bad reviews—and it seems like the rebrand hasn’t changed their service quality. That sealed it for me. I disputed the charge with Amex and told them I was done.
Save yourself the stress—don’t order from here.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: This is, in another guise, the thieving Burke Decor, which owes hundreds of customers money and has been sued by the Ohio attorney general on this basis. Search "Burke Decor" and "businessofhome" dot com for the story. The owner Erin Burke has established other websites; check the article for the names so you can avoid those as well.

Beware~Site related to Burke Decor. I hope that Trust Pilot-my now go to insight into retail safety will allow this post. I have postively reviewed several co's and like MANY others tried to warn customers about Burke Decor through Trust Pilot. Burke Decor has been reported to Ohio AG over and over, for orders & refunds not delivered. Google them-read reviews on Trust Pilot. Morphed into Studio Perdiem??? How do they get away with this?
