By far the worst support and service. I have ordered a baby bed for over 3 weeks and it is not received. Support is unable to help me and for 3 weeks neither I have received a refund nor the product and support does not reply. The baby hasn't a bed for 3 weeks. I have to buy from another company. It is so unprofessional and bad experience. Will never use them again.
I never expected to be publicly shamed in a baby store—especially not while shopping with my 7-year-old daughter.
On May 25th around 16:15, we visited the Babyworld store in Backaplan. Shortly after entering, my daughter picked up a coloring book. Some pages were already colored when she found it, and she colored just one page. When a staff member noticed, we were warned—and we respectfully put the book back.
However, as we were leaving the store, another staff member stopped us and said I had to pay for the book because my daughter had supposedly colored all the pages. I explained that only one page was hers, and the rest were already colored when we arrived. Still, they insisted—without any proof.
I told them I would ask my daughter directly. I asked her page by page, and she confidently said she had only colored one. I trust her, because I’ve raised her to be honest—and she is. Based on her words, I said I would not be paying for the book.
Then, things escalated. Three employees surrounded us. One of them looked at me and said:
“You should be ashamed of yourself for teaching your daughter to behave this way.”
That sentence hit hard.
How can a baby store employee speak like that to a parent—in front of their child?
What right do they have to question my parenting?
Would they have spoken this way if we were Swedish?
I took photos of the staff involved and am ready to share them with the company if needed.
This experience was hurtful, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing.
Until this matter is acknowledged and addressed, I will not return to this store—and I cannot recommend it to other parents.

terrible service. no respect nor consideration for clients. buyer beware do not shop there!
Ordered my item on 21st of March. On the order page it was showing it will be delivered within 7 working days.
After that I contacted again and i asked where is my item!
They said it will come on 8th april and they need few more days to ship it.
Its been 2 more weeks and overall over 4 weeks i have not received my order.
When i send email they respond in 2-3 days!
I wasnt going to write this review but you have disappointed me so much that i am writing this review!

Worst customer service!! I bought several times from them and it was ok experience until I need customer service. They basically don’t provide any help, and it’s so hard to get a return ticket for brand new item from them. I have experienced customer service with their competitors and it was much better.
As a baby products retailer, they should hire more caring people to do customer service.

I recently ordered the Playtime Mobilklocka watch from BabyWorld, and unfortunately, my experience has left much to be desired. The issue arose when I encountered difficulties trying to open the compartment designed for inserting the SIM card. Despite trying various methods, including using a tool provided in the box, the compartment seemed to be stuck.
I reached out to BabyWorld's support via chat. I explained my urgent need for the watch as my child was about to start school, and I inquired about the possibility of returning the defective product for a refund or replacement. To my surprise and disappointment, the customer support representative didn't seem to empathize with my situation and informed me that I couldn't return the product simply because the box had been opened. This policy struck me as quite unreasonable, as how could one assess the product's functionality without opening the box?
Furthermore, they assured me that they had submitted a complaint on my behalf to the supplier and that I should expect a response within 7 working days. Regrettably, it has now been 12 working days, and I have not received any response from either BabyWorld or the supplier.
In light of my experience, I must advise against shopping at BabyWorld, especially if you anticipate any issues with the products you purchase. Their refusal to accept a return for a faulty item, coupled with the extended waiting period for a response, has left me with a negative impression of their customer service and overall commitment to customer satisfaction. It's essential for any reputable company to stand behind the quality of their products and offer reasonable solutions when customers encounter problems. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend BabyWorld based on my disappointing experience.

About 24 hours later I get a response that one of the items on my order is out of stock, and they will receive it in 3-14 business days, thus the order wont be shipped until then.
I mean, PLEASE inform your customers when changes occur. People make active choices about where to order from based on if it's in stock or not.
Judging from previous reviews, I should not have ordered from BabyWorld since many appear to have had issues with getting their orders in time.

Really disappointed with a company with which we'd previously had good experience.
My partner (her Swedish, me British) and I recently had our first child together. My mother, who is based in the UK has been unable to visit us in Sweden through a combination of moving house and poor health, but she wanted to send our daughter a small gift - I recommended buying through Babyworld.se and she picked a Jellycat Cordy Roy Aktivitetsleksak Dino, which she bought through the website and booked to be delivered to our home in Stockholm by 'Best'.
We weren't given a delivery time and unfortunately weren't at home when the delivery was attempted. Babyworld emailed my mother to reschedule the delivery, but as mentioned before, she was in the process of moving house and didn't see the email until a few days later. As soon as she did, she forwarded it to us (as she doesn't speak Swedish, so didn't know the contents of the email) so that my partner could arrange a different delivery time. My partner replied, asking if it could be delivered to another address, as we were staying with her parents for the week (also in Stockholm), but we were told that this was not possible, so we asked if it could be delivered the following weekend instead. However, we didn't get a reply to this email, so when we were back home we contacted Babyworld via their online chat. We were then told that the product had been returned to Babyworld and that my mother would be refunded, minus fees - The original cost of the product was 349kr + 39kr shipping, but my mother was only refunded 99kr total! So not only do we not have the gift, it has cost my mother 289kr!
Admittedly, there were slight delays in our communication with Babyworld, but as anyone with a 6 week old baby knows, it's not always easy to find the time for emails etc.
This is terrible and I expected better from a company with whom we've spent a large amount of money in the last 9 months (including our stroller, baby bath, crib, baby nest and various other clothes and toys).

Terrible customer service and customer offering. Products were terribly late and required constant chasing, no customer contact number except for a generic email address therefore you always hoping someone responds.
Customer experience was the worst I have experienced, product received was not what was presented at store and when we queried we were basically accused of lying and of been confused, total disrespect and no solution focused. The case was escalated and even then we were told it’s words against words and could not return the specific item in question because it was opened- well how could we have known it was the wrong base if we didn’t open it?
I would not recommend this store not online and not physical store either.

The frame of my baby's stroller was broken and they were super fast in contacting the supplier and get it sorted. Customer service was really responsive and I highly appreciate the smoothness of it.
