Nice choice of products for babies and…
Nice choice of products for babies and small children, good quality for nice prices - but pick up experience was a bit disappointing - shop was moving to a new space, so pick up on the day of delivery was not possible , and once they got to open all stuff was extremely busy- stayed 20 min in a queue to the cashier just to be redirected to another assistant, whom it took another 15 min to bring half of the package and then another 10 to bring the second part

Farcen med BabySam ( Taastrup og deres…
Farcen med BabySam ( Taastrup og deres kundeservice forsætter). Vi har klaget over følgende( se nedenståendende). Ansatte i butikken kender godt til problemet og beklager de ikke har oplyst os om det, da vi købte produktet. Så kunne vi få det ordnet med det samme.
Men deres kundeservicecenter fremstår utroværdig.
Vi forventer en ordentlig kompensation, for både BroBizz ( Øresund ) og diesel. Vi kunne have fået det lavet fra starten, hvis butikken og deres medarbejdere havde oplyst os om en kendt problem!

Good overall service
Had to separately go and pick up a mattress to a full bed, since the mattress would've added a large delivery fee (even with store delivery). The general service is good, the personnel in the stores are very kind and patient, but the delivery methods could be improved.

We have ordered a pair of shoes with…
We have ordered a pair of shoes with the lights in the sole for our 4 year old daughter. The shoes arrived and we found out that one shoe doesn't blink. We have returned the shoes to the local store and the shoes were taken as a return and not as a defected product. We were told not to expect that the shoes can blink forever. So good luck to the next one, who buys that pair of shoes.
