The young woman was so helpful

Found Back2credit after several disappointing companies. Back2credit are so helpful, understanding and professional in every respect. Ahsin and Graham in particular were amazing. They guided me to the right solution for my debts. I cannot stress what a relief they have been to me. Have no hesitation, no matter your situation to contact them and you will not be disappointed. Five stars are not enough.

The best company to call if you need help, due to a health issue I needed help, they very helpful, polite, understanding I have dealt with Ashin most of the time he is great. Thank you for helping, made my life less stressful.

My experience was great because if I wanted any information or had a query, all the staff I talked to were always helpful, understanding and polite, also everything went smoothly and to plan so many thanks to the whole team!

It was really great to not have to stress about my debts as they had it sorted. As they had contacted my debt company's for me, and now I am debt free.

They have help me out a lot after struggling and hitting rock bottom these were the only company who would help me out.

I had debt from covid 2020 and 4 years later i am now debt free.
Everyone i spoke to was really helpful and always willing to help. I would not of been able to do it without them. If there was a month i could not pay because of being off work for a long time due to illness they understood and settled it so i could pay one extra month later.
Could not be more greatful to them and all the team!

I’m sure all of these 5 star reviews are fake. They are a nuisance.

I was bombarded by calls at least 6 times. Each time I said I didn't need help and had situation under control. But still kept being called.

I also kept being email everyday for months, despite unsubscribing 3 times. I even sent an email quoting GDPR regulation asking fr my details to be erased from their systems and I was still emailed after that.

Harassment is the only word that comes to mind when I think of them. I had to block their number.

This company is absolutely amazing Jas has been a massive help and helped me arrange a plan that is suitable for me. I would 1000% recommend this company. Amazing service, jas was very understanding and talked me through all the processes.

I thought the call was too good to be true to be quite honest but with the help of Omar and Ram my debts are consolidated into one monthly payment from July 1st 2024. This company rang me as I’m sure my information is on the system as I’ve tried to find company’s to help me consolidate my £36,000 of debt before but I’ve managed with there help to consolidate them all and agree to pay £102 per month moving forward very supportive and understanding and ultimately did all they could to help me instead of making me feel foolish or immature for being in this position in the 1st place. I highly recommended this company it was fluke I took the call but it’s made my year ! Now I feel in control and like I’m taking care of my debts moving forward the grey cloud is moving from above me I’m very grateful today thanks lads x

I have recently been engaging with this company via a member of staff called Jas.

I’ve been under 4 years of very deep medical care for four years. Jas was able to listen and take time to understand my situation and offered a an excellent and workable solution.

I cannot praise Jas enough, she bring a very supporting level of care to what can be a difficult situation.

I strongly recommend this company to help you get through those tough Financial times.
