Order placed on 13/08/23 no sign of my order being delivered, not responded to messages sent via their website or my emails. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Order never received, they emailed to say they would refund the money but I still havent received it, 2 months on! No telephone number to contact and nobody bothers to email me back. Money lost. Rip Off firm.

Placed an order and was notified that the order was complete. Over 2 weeks later, I’ve still not received my order. Company has not responded to my emails and there is no number to call to request a refund. Have since read reviews of similar experiences and possible scam.

I sent back my order as it was the wrong size, 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for a refund, I've emailed 3 times now with no response. I'm now out of pocket.

This is a scam!! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I payed £4.99 for 2-3 days delivery and the trousers never arrived. Have emailed them and haven’t had a reply.
Just waiting for my bank to claim my money back now. And will report them for fraud!!!

Definitely a scam site, Never reply to emails and still waiting for a refund! I am reporting them for fraud!

I ordered for 2 trousers for my son since 02/09/21 and have not received the item.I got an email from them on the 12/09/21 that they have refunded me, no penny was refunded into my account. Next time I will read the review first before making any purchase.

I ordered 2 skirts since the 26th of August and even paid for 2-3 days delivery.
Up till now I have not received the order.
I have sent series of emails but no response at all. Does anyone know how else I can contact them. This is really a bad service. I am disappointed big time.
I don't recommend this company to others- nothing but a scam.

Do not order from these people. I ordered some shirts and still not received. I’ve sent many emails but they haven’t replied to any of them. Obviously a scam. AVOID!!!

Update; 13/9/2021. They have emailed to say that they have refunded me. After emailing a number of times, I requested a return via their website. This appeared a successful way to contact them.

Are these people real or are they fraudsters . I ordered skirts for my daughter on the 25th of August and still not received them. They do not respond to emails- only means of contact. I don’t think they have uniforms- I think this is fraudulent. Needs reporting to trading standards. Not a real company this. Thieves!!

I have ordered 2 pairs of boys trousers and have not recieved the items. I have emailed them from the contact form on their page, the only way to contact them, and not had any communications back. Would not recommend to anyone.

Orderd 2 trousers…. Still havent came, emailed them loads of time and still no reply! Is this even a real site!!!! Son has to wear old trousers to school! Not happy and still aint got trousers or my money back! Will be taking this further

My order hasn't arrived, so had to make do with old uniform as we wait. No contact or updates from the company on an order of almost £100. There's only an email address and no other way to make contact. Very poor

I ordered 2 school skirts which never arrived. When I queried where my order was I received a refund with no explanation! I asked why they refunded me and they said because I hadn't received my order. No offer to look into where my parcel was or to resend the goods I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for. Poor service. With this refund policy looks like everyone can just ask for their money back and receive it with no questions asked!

Never received my school pinafore and skirt very disappointed royal mail said delivered it but didn't receive anything

Excellent quick service. Couldn't find what I wanted due to lock down. Package came quickly and was good quality. Trousers were not large enough so I returned. Fast and simple returns process.

I have just received my order of two black pleated school skirts for my daughter and I am so happy with them. The measurements are spot on and the quality of the skirts is excellent. I got a shorter length and longer length as my daughter is so tall and both are great and she feels so comfortable in them. Highly recommend. Quick delivery too...thank you for the great service we will definitely be using you in the future 🙂
