I got scared when i received an email…
I got scared when i received an email saying that I should review this shop when I had not received my item but I read deeply at the bottom and it said that the email to review their shop is automatic even if you have not received your item next day I have received it I was very happy I bought my son school trouser although it said slim it came as regular but overall I'm happy

Paid next day delivery, received 4 days later!!
I paid £10 for next day delivery on Friday morning expecting to receive it Saturday morning desperately needed for school.monday and didnt receive it until the Tuesday, I noticed in very small print after it said cut-off time for next day is Thursday 1pm. Not good enough, wasnt clear and still took my money. There is no good reason why that couldnt have been delivered on the Saturday. Were supposed to be slim fit too but they're standard leg, had to go out of my area to find trousers for my kid for school when we are supposed to be in lockdown, wouldnt use again.

Poor Communication
Realised I'd put the wrong postcode on my delivery address so called as soon as order placed but only a voicemail message so emailed and not heard back nor received my delivery.

Terrible service
Terrible service, trousers never arrived, would not resend, wanted me to reorder on line at trice the price of my original order, no response to emails and no phone number to call. I would avoid this company
