After a week of using Back At You, I needed support for the very first time. I needed assistance with an Instagram account. Yesterday, I utilized their chat support and got Allison on the other end. She was eager to schedule some time with today in order to assist. She called me on the dot and immediately began driving. She assisted me with a pleasant attitude, as well as some humor which was refreshing in the world of customer service. I usually don’t write reviews, but I was very happy about the assistance I received today. I was trying to reach out earlier today to get some assistance..and received no answer in regards to my listing problem. Just when I thought I wasn’t going to get anywhere and not be able to market my listing, Ally from the support department provided some amazing service. Not only did she call me, she informed me that she connected my new listing and deleted the one I made manually and she sent me a confirmation email with incredible detail on the ticket number 256136. All I asked what to connect my listing and she did so much more. I was able to run my advertisement. Thank you Ally and Back At You! You have great employees.

Today I received support from Michael Caden at Back At You and and also Derrick Winston Jr. I had a wonderful experience to help me get my business page back up and running on social media. They did a remote session with me and corrected the issue and they were expedient in getting back to my support request and helping me get all of my issues resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend them if you are an agent or broker. I am a broker and I love their support staff and the ease of use. Great product!

I have been with Back at You Media since the company opened and have always been 100% satisfied with their services
Customer Service Rep Bladymir was EXTREMELY rude!
The service provided at first was great and it was exactly what it offered. When I called to say I was canceling my service, they stopped boosting my ads (as per my rep told me they would do for the package I purchased)
When I contacted customer support online through my user portal the customer rep. named,
Bladymir L.
Explained that I should call billing and deal with them directly and that he did not have an answer for why my ads were not being boosted as said. He also went on and said, "Do you call your cable company when your cable isn't working?" "Or your internet provider when it's slow?". These were his responses when I asked why should I call when I am dealing with him at the moment and it was a mistake of the company.
Bladymir also REMINDED me that my goal was to reach 6k people and that they have accomplished that. That was his way of saying, "why are you complaining?". His interaction with me was not appreciated.
He has "entered a ticket" to see why my ads are not working, but with 3 days left of my subscription, seems to me he is pushing paper to wait for my deadline to come.
I was looking forward to using the company basic plan for my business but with how they have conducted themselves, I am seriously reconsidering.
After writing the above post, Bladymir called me to inform me that my ads were not being boosed because they had used up all my ad budget for the month. Nowhere did it say and not one person explained to me the specific ad budget and that it could be exhausted before the month was up. When I expressed my frustration with this, Bladymir (this time over the phone) REMINDED me that we reached the 6k reach and that I should not be complaining. The conversation went on with him telling me that he can offer me 5$-10$ because of this. As you can imagine I was once again frustrated. When I asked if he thought that was fair, he sarcastically said: "it's an offer, you don't have to accept it". he then started to sarcastically answer all my questions, chewing loudly on the phone and being rude. I am sure Back At You Media does not carry themselves in this way, my sales rep was far from rude and always carried himself in a professional manner, was there a lack of explanation for how the service would work, yes, but I could have gotten over that with the proper attitude from a customer service rep.
I hope Back At You Media takes this review into consideration, the only reason why I gave them 2 Stars instead of 1, is because the sales rep did his part, and the service was partially delivered.
Bladymir, on the other hand, is exactly what drives paying customers away from services, I will also be expressing my issue with NAR.
