Great phone at a great price and looks brand new

I’m a returning customer - my phone died on me and I requested if the delivery could be expedited and it was. I purchased the item after 3 PM and it arrived the next day. Also I bought a phone in fair condition and it could have been rated as good by many. Don’t see myself buying a new phone or laptop while backmarket is around

I've now bought a couple of items from Backmarket and both have been excellent. Most recently bought a refurbished Dell PC - looked like it was new out of the box from the manufacturer and works perfectly, and arrived FAST. It was a much higher spec than I'd be able to afford brand new and it's only a few years old. I'll be buying tech from this site wherever possible from now on.

I am not to happy with the
Condition of the phone case as it has 3 chips which are still show when I have a cover case on the phone

Purchased Samsung galaxy S24 Ultra last month, very first time refurbished phone after 2 weeks of juggle, researching, asking family, reading reviews,checking the price for similar phone on othe website and then decided to go for it .....Thought 1 year warranty so if something is not right, there is a hope to return.
But I was just stunned with service of Back market. Since I ordered the phone it was really smooth communication up to delivery . Not just that packed really securely and as I opened the packet the phone had not a single scratch. Really excellent condition (apart from a little cloth fluff my eye caught in bottom speaker) .
I did all diagnostics test and says Normal. Very happy with the phone condition. I would recommend and will buy the product in future for sure from Back Market.
Phone is slightly big for my hands but the features are powerpacked . I am hoping to get used to with this as we all adapt changes for betterment.
The phone looks Brand new......
