iphone 13 Pro this morning - dodgy call to substitute it
Bought an iphone 13 Pro this morning. Got a call to say that it was no longer available. The phone line was really bad, they offered me one in a different colour. I asked them to send me a link for it so I could check that it had been properly tested and registered as 'excellent' quality and had the same specs. Communication stopped then a message to say my order had been cancelled and no communication with me, I called back - say they are not available. If they'd sent me a link to the alternative phone I'd have bought it. But with this experience, I have lost trust. They could have sent me anything - no record of what I'm buying! When I ask for a record they went silent.
