Excellent customer service quickly refunded my return.

I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro with 512 gigabytes of RAM and I ordered it in good condition but it arrived in almost perfect condition without any scratch. One thing that you need to keep in mind is that there are a lot of sellers on this market so you have to check the rating of each seller before buying the product. Of course the platform which is back market provides you money back guarantee if you don't like the phone but if you don't want to waste your time by ordering and then sending the order back then choose a better reseller on their platform.

The on time delivery and the condizioni of the material was making my purchase experiance wonderful.

To be honest I didn’t really trust back market even if they had an insane amount of good reviews, I thought it was a bit too good to be true but i bought an iPhone 13 with the “ excellent “ condition. I received it after 2 days and the condition was perfect, no scratches or any signs of damage, I selected the “ new battery “ option and it arrived with 100% health. I’ve had it for 1 day now and I haven’t seen any issues.

The item arrived early. It is in perfect condition. I am making wonderful pictures of my paintings. Thank you!

Orrible - almost a scam:
1) sold me an Iphone registered in Hong Kong, without saying it. It will never support an E-sim.
2) payed an extra fee to have an "excellent" battery -> they gave me one at 82% capacity, barely decent
they offered me an embarassing 25€ reimbursement

I originally ordered a laptop from them less than a year ago. Everything was perfect, delivery was fast, I didn't have any issues whatsoever and I loved the laptop. I used it everyday - gaming, hobbies, studying, documents - you name it. Then, at around the 7-8th month mark, it started having severe battery issues. As it was in its first year since buying it, I decided against opening the laptop myself or sending it to a local shop for repairs, and instead decided to go through the BackMarket repair system.

So, I send back the laptop with all the documents, everything goes smoothly and it gets to the seller in record time. Then, I get no updates. I keep asking customer support for them, and they always reply to me extremely late, and at most once a day. More than 5 days pass, and the seller still hadn't given any update. They didn't even reply to customer support at all. I was appalled at this.
They gave me a full refund, and all I wanted at this point was just my laptop back. I could've repaired it by my goddamn self. The refund was bare minimum, especially for the price I paid for it, and the nightmare of an experience they had me go through.

Not even two weeks pass, and now would you look at that. The same seller who wouldn't respond is selling my exact same laptop, at the exact same condition, but for a higher price. What am I to believe, if not that they abused the return system and that BackMarket allows that? I tried contacting customer support again and all they said was that it can happen when the repair costs too much. But it wasn't about repairs costing too much initially. They didn't even reply AT ALL.

I was initially very happy with their service and now I cannot regret it any more than I already do. I seriously wish I had just taken matters into my own hands instead of sending these damn scammers a 1500€ laptop back.

The delivery was fast and safe, came well packaged. I love the IPad, it functions fully and as good as new. I have been using it for more than a month now and I couldn’t have asked for more.

I bought I phone 13 pink from back market from the seller yes again I selected an excellent condition and it came almost new. I have been using it for a while but I haven’t found any issues with it starting from the aesthetics to the system. I love it so much.
