I got my iPad Pro 6th gen in no time, paid for it at least 30% less than the new thing and 15% less of the lower price I found on any refurbished site. The item was practically NEW, completely mint and fully functional! 256GB and 512 were at the same price so I grabbed the 512 👍.

I was dubious to buy from the website to begin with. However, the purchasing and delivery part went fine. Unfortunately, the product I bought wasn't working so I was forced to return it. It was not a cheap item. I precisely followed the return instructions that I received from BackMarket, the item was delivered to the sender and when it came to return my money I started receiving msgs from BackMarket support team asking me for further documentation concerning the product. Of course, at the point I long didn't have this product, therefore, it was impossible to provide those information, so they just said, they won't give me my money back. I ended up with the product and without €700,- that I paid for it. Terrible experience, terrible customer service.

iPhone rally perfect like new

Do not buy from this company. I sent my phone for repair ( didn’t charge properly from almost when it first arrived) I was told “3 days” it took a lot of messages before they finally returned it after 12 days , I had no other phone so had to use iPad to message them and you just get either lies or ignored. Phone came back with same problem so I was offered refund , again told 2 days once they recieved phone back but it took about 11 days ( as yet money still not in my account ) . I was offered discount if I buy a new phone from them but I told them after the last few weeks dealing with them there wouldn’t be anything that would get me to buy from a company that has treated me in such a terrible way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolute garbage. 1st phone had a life-span of just over a year. Bought a second - it has a burnt-in screen. Waited over a week for delivery. So was without a phone for a week. Now I have to send this one back for 7-10 days for a repair or refund. No customer care to contact, no temporary phone to use while I wait. Inconvenient service and terrible help center.

i ordered an iphone 11 and after 2 months the half of the screen stopped responding to touch, every time i try to text someone i have to flip the phone so that i can type, backmarket has not guarantee backing the phone in case they break down or have some issues, guys don't buy from here, i would stick to the normal retail shops, never again!!!

I recently purchased a IPhone 12 from Back Market, specifying a 256GB model. To my dismay, when I took the phone to Apple Care due to a broken back, I discovered that the internal modifications had downgraded it to a 64GB model, contrary to my order. This raises concerns about Back Market's verification process, as the serial number did not align with the specified specifications. According to their policy, I cannot even return the phone now that it has a broken back. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied, with my savings on this purchase essentially wasted. The overall service and lack of proper verification deserve a rating of 1/10, reflecting a truly disappointing experience.

Very bad customer service ,when my friend ordered a smart watch they just gave a charger and cheating her and not trying to return the money even if she didn't receive the product

I had very bad experience with back market, I ordered a Samsung galaxy watch and they had send me a smart watch charger instead of watch, I ordered this as my brothers birthday gift but they ruined everything and on top of that I lost my money and the worst part is they don't have a customer service number we have to send complaints through message and they will answer it in 24 hours, which is not at all appealing,please order from other genuine site
