Airpods

The Airpods were still connected to the Apple ID of the previous owner. Therefore I couldn't use them. This should have been a standard procedure.

After some time I could return the Airpods and received my money back in a couple of days. Positivie about the service.

After Sale Service is Impossible to Access

Back Market's communication is personalized and presents a sense that you are being served by real people; all to build your confidence in making purchases through the service. In my experience, there is nothing personalized about the service, especially when there is a problem. I had a problem with DHL so my iPhone was returned to the seller. The DHL folks said I needed to contact the seller. I got the same automated message through Back Market. But, due to a glitch in the Back Market web site my purchase does not appear in my account. Without a record of a purchase, there is no apparent way to get the seller's information or to communicate with anyone at Back Market to resolve the problem. Everyone of the web site's customer service communication options takes me back to a page that tells me they have no record of a purchase and inviting me to jump in and by something so all of their "real people" can provide me with service. So, the only email I can find on their web site, the only way I can get information into the hands of someone in the company is through their general legal email. (Four emails and still no acknowledgement.). So the seller has my money, I do not have a phone, and I have no way to solve the problem because there is no way to communicate with one of those "real people" who signed all of those automated purchase and delivery tracking notices with a first name. The Back Market trustworthy, real person representation in it's sales marketing and communication in my experience has played out as pure BS.

When you ask for a refund they disappear

My father bought an Iphone 11 on Back Market from the seller v.link on 14/09/23. The first carrier of the package was Cubyn, then the shipping was handled by FedEx (first France, then Italy). The package didn't arrived on time so I called FedEx Customer Service everyday since 21/09/23 because the package seemed to be staying in the FedEx hub of San Pietro Mosezzo. They told me a lot of bull**** but at last (26/09/23) they admitted they had lost the package. I have an email from the customer service representative that states the "package lost". So I used the customer service platform on Back Market site to ask for a refund with all the documentation they need. No answer from them, (customer service is s*it) and also the tracking on their site says the package was delivered…??? Answer cowards!!! I want my money back!!!

It was really great

It was really great, I enjoyed my purchase , the only problem is the battery not showing the percentage of life and is not the good. Apart from that my iPhone 11 Pro max is really like brand new I love it

Happy as a clam.

At this point everything has been perfect and as described. Granted nothing has gone wrong so I can't talk about customer service but I got everything I wanted in 3 days and the phone works perfectly. Very happy.

Dont buy from backmarket

i am have placed an order for a computer, but the model purchased is not the one bought (no hdmi but a VGA, the plugs are in the back of the computer instead on the side), the site pretends that we have 14 days to return the product without any reason to give but for me i have a reason as the product is not what i bought and no reply for the vendor and backmarket, don't buy from their website, so i opened a claim through paypal

Nightmare buying from Back Market

This has been a nightmare workign with both Back Market both in Italy and in the UK. I highly do not recommended to any of my friends, followers or frankly and sadly anyone trying to have a decent and smooth experience of buying a refurbished phone. For that note, I have heard that Swappie is simples, faster and the care is real. I say this , because my delivery was shipped first to the wrong person after being a week late. Then it took a week to redo a new discount code and finally the phone arrives with a defect that was not signaled at the begining. Very sad adventure with them. I really regret the moment I clicked on their website..since it's really been a difficult challenge and loss of energy.
