I ordered 2 packs. It was strange that they were shipped by 2 different parcels with a week between shipments. But both received successfully within reasonable time.
BFE staff comunication was not excellent but satisfactory.

One of the items where delivered after some time but for the second item I got an email which said that they where out of stock and my money for this item would be refunded. 6 days later the 30th of October I emalied them and told them that no money had been refunded. Maximilian Heye answered the day after and told me that I would have the money back within a week. Now almost 4 weeks later, still no money has been refunded and mails have not been answered.
So please stay away from them! They are not trustworthy and there business are a scam!

I bought a jacket from the web store, payed immediately and received the jacket a week and a half later. a bit long time to wait, but alright; I got it.
It turns out that the jacket is to big, so I filled in the formula for returning the jacket, and sent it back. Two weeks later i hadn't gotten any answer from them, so I called them, but no one answered. I wrote an email, and no one answered. I have now been calling and writing them for a month now, without getting any kind of answer from them.
I'm afraid I lost $365 (2000,-DKK).
Never shop here!

I bought some Ski Gloves from this company, they email me with a DHL tracking reference, which is fake.
I try to contact them non stop. They are unreachable by phone. After a couple of weeks of emailing every day, I get a response that they are out of stock.

After 3 months of hassling these guys almost daily I feel obliged to update that they have finally processed a refund. I really think their tactic, is to ignore you to see if you give up on your money. They respond to about one in 10 emails so you cant say to the authorities that they are not responding, so it really drags out the process. I got 3 responses from them over the 3 month period promising a refund.

Ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks before our holiday. The order acknowledgement didn't specify a date for despatch, which made me call the comany. Talked to a guy who found out the shipping date and concluded they would arrive on the last day before our departure - which they didn't.
The post office returned them automatically after two weeks (before we came back) - nothing we could influence at all.
Backpacking returned the money for the shoes, but not the sales fee of 14€. They don't respond to e-mails anymore.
They themselves were entirely to blame for the insident - not me as the buyer.
Don't deal with this company!!!!!!

I Made an order last winter with Backpackingforever,
Some of the products were delivered, but two of them never arrived.
Since then i called at least 10 times wrote 5 emails, but the products still didn't arrive to this day.
I Was told twice by telephone and once by email that they would take care about it and i would receive the items that i payed for.
Lately the just don t pick up phone
this has been my worst shopping experience in 8 years.

Waited for my order for almost 2 months - nothing happened. E-mails are ignored, the given phone line is always busy. Also my request to cancel the order and refund the payment have been ignored. Stay away from these fraudsters!!!

I ordered 2 backpacks on ovtober 13th. It would take 3-6 days for delivery, but nothing heard by now.....october 31st

I tried calling about 15 times as well as 10 emails but no answer.

Is this a scam???

Ordered the item on the Saturday night, tracked it through DHL tracking/shipping, it arrived on the following Thursday ( so about four days to England ), item exactly as described and delivery was flawless.
Felt well informed through the entire order / ordering / delivery process via emails from the company, no problems with this company whatsoever.
