I ordered a griddle on sale for $1100. I received the order accepted email.... then nothing.... I called, left multiple messages. Finally got to talk to a person. He told me that the manager would look into it and call me back soon. NOPE. I called back (got the same guy) told him I would wait on the phone until the mgr was available. He came back after about 10 minutes and told me that the Griddle wasn't really in stock like it said on the website and they were canceling my order. No idea when I will see my refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Items where as described. Shipping was fast. This is the second time I've done business with this seller will do business again. A+ plus plus

Giovanni was very helpful when choosing out the differnt drawers and doors for our kitchen. He pointed out several key things I overlooked such as direction doors were opening and leaving enough space for drawers to function properly. Everything arrived on 2 pallets which included a grill burner fridge and drawers and doors. Very satified with the process from beginning to end.

Backyard wonderland help me design a outdoor kitchen and i ended up buying Alfresco grill with a side burner and refrigerator. My family is happy with it

For a new company I am pleasantly surprised with the ease of ordering and speed of my shipment. I didnt get an email confirmation right away but after calling in and speaking to a rep on the phone, this was quickly handled. Both the grill and side burned arrived in about two weeks which is what they gave me as an estimate. I would but from them again.

Found this company after doing a google search for a specific Built in Profire Grill for my outdoor kitchen. This company happens to be a few miles from the home I am building so places order with them. Price was competitive and they delivered within 3 days of order placed. Nice and simple purchase considering it’s 4000 dollar bbq.

The website offers a great selection of electric grills. Since I live in a condo in Miami electric is our only option. I ordered the Fire Magic option and excited to receive it.
