They do not deliver and ignore everything
After being told my service would be delivered within 2-3 hours after they finally responded (after a few days), I still not received anything. This order was placed on December 22… I contacted them on telegram and via email and they just ignore everything, even when they read it.

I understand but as a customer it's not my fault that you weren't able to respond to all messages. You promise to place the order within a maximum period of 24 hours and I paid for a service waiting for what was promised. Regardless of the delay, the order was completed. I'm going to make another order today and I hope that this time there isn't this problem :)
