Be careful when ordering from this website. I have ordered 2 x sinks on 6 Dec 2020 with "Op Voorraad" status and delivery on 8 of Dec.
It was NOT delivered on 8th, I waited till 12 of Dec (taking into consideration COVID crisis), no delivery...
I have sent an email on 13 Dec asking about expected delivery date, received vague response that it will be delivered soon.
Decided to call the company on 15 Dec, following that received an email saying that it will be delivered on 17 Dec....a.a.and nothing is delivered!!!
Today, on 18 of December I called the shop again and the response was very weak, this time asked for a manager, I was put through someone called Marisja (she is a manager), and now promised that it will be delivered on Monday 21 Dec.... Fingers crossed
I would not recommend any of my friends or relatives to use this shop as it is not credible, and not trustful.

I’m still trying to get the order that I made and paid for but the customer service is not helping at all.
The carrier says I refused the package (which is not true) and instead of sending it back to me or cancelling the order and refunding my money so I can order somewhere else, they say via email that they will call me and they don’t, they say via Facebook that they will help but nothing has been done and they don’t give me any concrete information.

Quick delivery, and helpful advice in-store :)

I had a very bad experience with Badkamer winkel. On October 7th, I bought four radiators. Delivered time shown on the website was 4 working days. The first two radiators we received around ten days later no explanation at all about the delay. After contacting the customer service, I discovered that the two others would be delivered by the end of January...more than 3 months later! They cancelled these two.
After returning the two radiators that have arrived because of difference of description, I received the last refund today...more than 4 months later! A lot of emails, delays for picking up the wrong radiators and frustration of course!

The store has a great variety of products and the prices are very good. Returning items was very easy (although having to print the email and send it with the item was very annoying). I do recommend.

Very convenient shop compared to other, we found the best price, and the product has very good quality.
We also got an extra discount on the final order when we went to the shop, and that was extremely good surprise.

Extremely bad customer service. Rude people. Bad service. Counterfeit items!!!
First order it did not come on time. When it came some items were missing. Customer service told me that everything is alright and after few minutes of arguing I was told that items were just missing and these will come within a week time. Few hours later the item was delivered on doorstep.
Second order went even worse. The order was NOT made as per my request and items were misplaced, missing and some just added to the order randomly. They fail to provide the needed paperwork for the origin of items. Most probably they sell counterfeit items!

Worst customer service I have ever seen. They sent me the wrong products, return link on their website isn't working and there is no customer service. Good luck if you plan to buy something there!

We had a very good experience with Badkamerwinkel. We went to the shop for a visit and got very good support from the people there. Also, I really like that they tried to help us find what we need, rather than selling the most expensive products.

The only thing that we did not know from the beginning is that if you order products of different brands, they would arrive one by one. That made it a bit more difficult for us to track what we already got and what is missing, but overall was not a problem.
