Delayed shipment without communication…
Delayed shipment without communication until I contact the shop.
It's been a week that I have not received anything. I had expected it would arrive in 3 days and would be ready for a match. If some item is out of stock, please just let it not be able to choose so that customers can choose other available stuff.
In this case, they'll consider to compensate you for the problem. We may have to be patient if we choose stringing even needing rackets urgently...of course they have good price...

Quality is not very good
Quality is not very good. Feathers on the shuttlecock broke off within 30 mins of casual playing.

I have ordered Astrox 100 ZZ one week before black friday, eventhough I have been told by customer service I will get the prisgaranti. However when I contacted customer service and ask them to adjust my discounts that they have provide in black week, it wasn't pleasant.
