My review for the order I placed.
I placed an order and after a long waiting I wrote the email and get reply that one t-shirt that I've ordered is not available in the stock and then I asked them (on Wednesday) to give me the replacement.
Although I mentioned the price of that replacement item and I was ok to pay the additional amount. But they've delayed 2 more days and replied when that t-shirt was gone.
Here is the text of my next email:
"Please don't delay more. That shirt was available 2 days ago when I sent the email and it was available yesterday as well, but not anymore as per the website I checked after your email.
Please pick whatever replacement or remove this from the list and ship the delivery. Its already quite delayed due to the error in your system."
And then they choose the easiest option and removed the item from the list instead of giving some replacement :)
But quality of the items are as good as expected :)

While placing order on their website, the delivery time displayed was within 24 hours but order got delivered on the 5th day.
However, the products are good!

The delivery time to Sweden is 1-3 days as it it described on our website.
Your order was shipped December 30th, which means that the package should be delivered no later than tomorrow January 5th. Due to National Holidays and weekend is is not possible for Post Nord to deliver any quicker than this unfortunately. We believe that we have done everything to ensure fast delivery and you bad review should therefore has been to PostNord.
