Was eyeing the Paco Dress in beige for the longest and finally ordered for vacation to Colombia! It was the PERFECT dress! Quality and fit amazing! The dress was “THE” moment! Loved immensely by friends when posted @curatedbykeesh! Definitely gotta purchase this dress!

I’d seen the brand on Instagram ads for a long time and I decided to order the Ella tracksuit in the restock on the 27th of September. The parcel arrived within 3-5 working days as they say and I cannot stress enough how comfortable the set is. I sized down in the hoodie and it’s not uncomfortable or hard to move in. The corset part of the hoodie is stretchy and I didn’t feel restricted. The joggers are lined with fleece but you wouldn’t expect it because they’re so thin! Overall the material of the tracksuit is so soft and I will definitely be purchasing again soon in a different colour :)

Wore the PACO DRESS to a beach club in Mykonos and it was perfect. Very tall girl friendly. Very tummy friendly too. I felt very comfortable and beautiful. Also, the shipping is always fast.

Absolutely appalling company. I ordered one of their viral dresses which in person was absolutely gorgeous and I would’ve kept the only issue was I took a risk with the sizing and unfortunately it didn’t fit so I followed their returns policy by emailing them. They responded with how to return it. Which I did and I paid for postage also. A few days after returning it I get an email back, to say that they received it and I would receive a refund between 3 and 10 days. And I was actually going to buy the dress again in a larger size when the money came back. Luckily, I had ordered through Clearpay so my payments were split up meaning that they didn’t take all the money immediately.

However, because of the timeframe it took me to return the item and for them to say that they had received it, I’d already made two payments out of the four then got around two weeks after I sent it back and I still haven’t received a refund so I emailed them to say that I’ve still not got anything and could they sort this out. they didn’t respond to me so I emailed them again and they didn’t respond to me at which point I had paid the third payment. So I contacted Clearpay and sent them all the evidence of everything I done and the confirmation I’d received for the return. A notification from Clearpay to say that it would take up to 10 days for them to wait for a response from the company which I was already annoyed about because I’ve been waiting nearly a month . At which point I thought that my final payment would’ve been frozen but because I had to wait the 10 days I had to make the last payment on the dress so I paid for the whole entire dress which I believe was £85. £90 pounds if you include delivery. I then contacted bad Society on their social media page on one of their posts stating everything I’ve just said and that could someone get back to me. They completely ignored me on their socials but continued to send me marketing emails and responding to other queries on Instagram. But might I just add only good ones. All of the bad comments are ignored. I then got an email from Clearpay to say that they hadn’t heard any response from the retailer (surprise / surprise) so they were going to refund me, which was great.

However it took 35 days after I got the email confirmation to say they’d received the item to get any money back and it was just lucky that I went through Clearpay because I was covered by them. I wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing because I didn’t realise that they were doing it so many people. I don’t understand how companies like this are allowed to continue trading when they’re stealing peoples money taking the clothing back to resell but keeping peoples money , I hope they read this comment because I’ve actually made complaint to trading standards about them and I really hope that they get investigated. £85 might not be a lot of money to some. but for a lot of people it’s nearly a days wage and I’m entitled to have my money back , in the time stated . I will never ever order from them again and honestly if you have a good experience with them then that’s great but I think this company should be shut down because clearly they’re just taking people money. Whoever owns this company should be ashamed of themselves and on top of that when I go onto the Instagram actively replying to comments That are nice but if it’s to do with refunds or returns, they’re ignoring people.

Disgusting behaviour and company you should go out of business. And to be honest with the amount of reviews are so bad now it’s nearly 50%. I don’t think it’ll be long before they do get shut down. I would really just be cautious about purchasing from this company.

If I could give zero I would, believe all of the negative comments on here about refunds because they are true. It took many emails, lots of chasing and frustration before I could get my money back from these thieves. 7 weeks for a refund? Get this company out of here. Absolute joke.

This company stole my money. After taking my refund dress they won’t refund me my money, it’s been almost 3 months. Do not buy from this company.

I love every clothing item i’ve gotten from this company. the material is always durable, and it’s always such a flattering fit when it’s on. yoi get what you pay for, and you’ll have beautiful items that don’t fray. thank you bad society!

Order arrived late, didn’t get to wear for my event. Even though I placed the order 1 1/2 week before it. Customers service team wasn’t responding at all. (Trying to get returns) DON’T bother, it’s not worth the money/time.

Horrific customer service, they don't care and have ghosted me!
Telling me that they don't accept returns OR exchanges which is ridiculous during their "sale period" even though my dress wasn't even on sale!! Now I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit (even though I ordered my usual size that I buy everywhere else!)

Order took two weeks to arrive by this time I no longer needed the items. I bought 4 separate items. Returned with in the time frame. Payed for the return. After 3 weeks of following up refund I was refused a refund of £175 because apparently there was a rock inside 1 of the 4 items. Now I am not getting a response

Ladies, please do not order from this awful company! I ordered the paco set, received a dispatch email but Royal Mail had no record of the tracking number they gave. Weeks passed where I was emailing, commenting on insta etc. and never once received a reply from customer services. FINALLY, weeks after I ordered (delivery is meant to be 2-4 days btw, according to their website) the item arrived. It was awful, so I returned it. I received an email saying they had processed by refund and it would be in the bank account in 3-10 days. However they are blatantly LYING. I ordered via Klarna so haven’t paid, they just need to tell Klarna they received the refund and the transaction is cancelled, however it’s been well over a week and it’s still showing as active to pay on my Klarna account, so I’m going to have to raise a dispute. They are such a horrific, dodgy company. The owner has the audacity to post about her multi million pound business all over TikTok when they are one of the worst companies ever to deal with.

Purchased 1 item, a shorts. I was told I would receive it for a specific day. I received the item 4 days later! #RedFlag 🙄 The shorts looks nothing like the photos you see because they are cheap polyester, why would I wear warm polyester shorts in warm weather? Do not waste your time or money good people. I contacted the company (if you can call them that), to request a refund. They said the item was sale item so cannot refund me and they sent me a link from their website to read their policy... The website mentioned Black Friday sale as being non-refundable but no other sale is mentioned. Well, I didn't buy the shorts on Black Friday sale and their defence is weak as ****!!!

I needed a dress for an event Labor Day weekend as the theme was “dress to impress” I purchased a dress from bad society, that I have been eyeing. I live in the US and the shipping was super fast. When the dress came, I was surprised and happy with the quality of the dress. It was true to size and the dress was a show stopper on the bawwwdy! 10’s across the board and I received so many compliments all night. Will definitely purchase again for sure!

Had items listed on their site that were out of stock. When I purchased these 'oversold' items they told me they can't cancel or refund me and sent items in a different colour even though I didn't want or need them. Absolutely abhorrent service would not recommend.

GUYS PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST, I ORDERED 2 SETS WHICH DID NOT FIT, I RETURNED THEM FOR A REFUND TO THE RETURN ADDRESS PROVIDED AND THEY REFUSED CLAIMING THEY SIS NOT RECEIVED THEM DESPITE THE PROOF OF DELIVERY . SO THEY BASICALLY GOT MY £90 PLUS THEIR MERCHANDISE BACK AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME. PLEASE AVOID THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY ARE DEFINITELY BAD BAD BAD SOCIETY, THEY CHOSE THE MOST APPROPRIATE NAME FOR THEMSELVES.

Took over 2 months to receive the dress I ordered and the. Upon returning it, even after I had a confirms email from them saying they have received the item, they kept saying they will need to check with their warehouse. It took over 27 days to get my refund. With little to no communication from the business.

I will never shop with this company again and the experience overall is just not worth it.

I had a terrible experience with Bad Society Company. My order arrived two weeks late, which was already frustrating, but to make matters worse, the clothes didn't fit. When I tried to get a refund or exchange, I was told that sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable something that wasn't disclosed at checkout. This lack of transparency and poor customer service is unacceptable. I expected better and would not recommend shopping here. Save your money girls !!
