Not reliable at all
I bought msr 2-pot set and wanted pick-up location in Baechli Volketswil. I needed it for today (saturday) and I picked it up on Tuesday. On Wednesday I opened it and it turned out that there was just one pot instead of two. On thursday I went back to Volketswil to replace it. It turned out that another msr 2-pot set they claim to have was also missing the second pot. So you have in your register items that are missing parts... In volketswil they offer to pick it up at oerlikon, becuse they claim they cant send it with swiss a post to have it next day. I agree on pickup at oerlikon, but when they checked details it turned out there is 0 available. Then, in volketswil they offered to give me another pot instead. I refused, because it was smaller comparing to what I ordered. I asked for money back. Same day (thursday evening) I went to transa and bought what I needed. I understand it was nobody’s fault and you just have a mess in your registers. But i think it is a lack of respect to customer, when a customer bought an item in your shop, it was missing parts, you have it in other filiales but you dont want to arrange special delivery e.g. by dhl, or other delivery company to deliver it on the next day if it was really urgent request... It was last time I went to baechli...
