I have several lights from Bag&Bones and they are all absolutely beautiful and very well made. I have some that I have had for a number of years and they are just as gorgeous as when I got them. The service from the team is just brilliant too, can’t recommend the company and products enough.

I definitely recommend Bag&bones. From order to delivery is excellent, super fast service. I love my lil Let's Stay Home neon sign and bought the heart for my sister for Xmas. I did have an issue with the dimmer which was sorted really quickly. Will defo order more products in the future.

I can highly recommend Bag & Bones, from subscription, to order, delivery and customer service all was1st class! Lovely items, my partner is so happy with his gifts.

We ordered a custom Neon sign for our office. Mei was super helpful and efficient. We got everything sorted in a day with a dispatch at a time line that worked well for us. Efficiency is really important to us and that is what we got!

bag&bones created a unique piece for me following a neon piece of art (Keep On Keepin On...) I came across many years ago in Miami. The designer Mei was super helpful and spent so much time coming up with the design before I decided to go ahead. A fantastic company, fantastic people and fantastic products. I'd highly recommend bag & bones to anyone looking to inject life, colour and the wow factor into your home or business.

We branded our home office with a warming neon sign. The end result surpassed expectation. Brilliant quality and craftsmanship.

I shopped around and found their prices competitive. I already have my eye on another of their products.

I had such a wonderful experience with bag & bones. Mei was so helpful in making decisions for my custom neon, and gave me creative, colorful options to choose from. Each question was answered promptly, and it was delivered earlier than I had expected. I love my new sign! It brings an awesome pop of color and personal style to my apartment. I shopped around with other artists but came back to my favorite (Bag & Bones) when it came time to get my own. Theyre the best there is for this work. Highly recommend.

I had been looking at the neon signs for several months and finally decided to take the plunge. Then the fun part of deciding the font and colours using their design tool was brilliant. The customer service has been AMAZING- I received really helpful guidance throughout as well as thoughtful after care. Without sounding too sycophantic, Mei and the team at Bag & Bones have been the most friendly customer service I have ever received! The product is superb too ;).

First spotted Bag & Bones in Liberty on a working trip to London, safe to say I was never getting a neon home on the plane in my hand luggage.
After lusting over their amazing insta page for months I made the jump and purchased my first neon and I’ve never looked back. (Well to be 100% honest I did buy one from another neon store but it was horrendous took months to arrive after the original date, arrive damaged and don’t start me on the customer services, ended up sending it back still waiting on a refund.) I now own six Bag and Bones neons. They have all been delivered within 3 days (to Northern Ireland) well packaged with a care and installation information, they even included a packet of sweets that distracted little hands.
We have had passerby stop to ask where we had purchased one of our lights from as it is visible from the front of the house.

I have been checking out the products from bag&bones for a while and finally grabbed one in the sample sale and I love it! The prices reflect the high quality you get when purchasing with them and they are worth every penny. The colours are very vibrant and the lights are so bright. I cannot wait to brighten up my flat with these beautiful pieces

Ordered a mini lips light from bag&bones and i am so pleased!
From start to finish bag&bones have been incredible. Website is easy and so nice to look at. Brilliant insensitive for first time orders also! As soon as I ordered I had emails straight away making me aware of time frames etc. It came so quickly I was so happy to receive an email and text message making me aware of exactly what time my light will be delivered! When it arrived it did not disappoint, well packaged with a little treat inside, a note on how to look after your light etc. It looks amazing on my dressing table I really am over the moon and will 1000% be ordering from bag&bones again.
