Cael was very friendly and professional. Did an excellent job with my boiler and pipework which was unfortunately installed by a cowboy. Will definitely be using B & A in the future and recommending to everyone that I know.

I cannot recommend Cael highly enough! He managed to fit us in at very short notice, and from start to finish, the service was excellent.

Cael installed a new sink unit for us and we have already booked him again to do some more plumbing work!

Highly recommend this company, they came over the day our boiler packed in and sorted it then and there! Just used them for a boiler service and gas safety check and the price was very reasonable! Will be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know!

Kyle attended to fix my shower and service the boiler. He was so easy to deal with and such a friendly man, I have no reservations about recommending him. Work so far seems effective and he did one or two small jobs like leaky pipe for free. Prices are average for the service. Prices are per job without call out fee.

We asked Cael to fit a new radiator and re-seal the shower in the bathroom, he came to quote and we had the quote (very reasonable) the same day. He's very friendly, listens to you and does what you ask, we were impressed that he is willing to do the small jobs and we would definitely recommend him.

I recently contacted B and A as I had no heating or hot water. The engineer attended within a few hours as I have two children. Very friendly and diagnosed the problem with my boiler immediately. Sourced the part and fixed it the next day at a very reasonable cost. He then serviced my boiler again a a reasonable rate!

My heating was on the fritz and my mate recommended B&A. Can’t lie and say I’d heard of them but I took a leap. I dropped the number I was given a message on WhatsApp. After speaking to Cael he was clear and seemed knowledgeable so we planned for when he was going to come out. He came literally the morning after (was expecting a few days at least). When he arrived, he was polite and friendly. He was only with me maybe no longer than an hour I’d say. And the problem was fixed, easy peasy. I would definitely recommend them, and hopefully I don’t have any issues in the future but if I do? I’ll use B&A again.
