Tim and his team provided a really swift and professional service which got my uncared for boiler back up and going in no time for a very reasonable cost. The engineer was polite, knowledgeable and left the place looking cleaner than when he arrived!
Heartily recommend!

Tim has completed two jobs for us. Replacement toilet and partial update of bathroom AND replacement of an old water softener. Both jobs were completed with efficiency and on each occasion everything was explained clearly. Quotes for the jobs were clearly set out. There was support when we had an unrelated issue with a water pump (Tim organised it so that the bathroom job and replacement of the faulty pump were done together).
Workmanship is of a high standard and both Tim and Tom did a great job. Tim communicates with you and makes you feel important. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

We have had problems with our central heating for a very long time, it had previously been serviced by other people and has always remained the same(not very good) so we thought we would try Tim Reynolds I really wish we had had him first, he is a very professional person and talked us through what he was going to do to rectify the problem and it worked we have now got lovely warm house which we have never had before.
He could have said you need a new boiler which would have probably been easier but no he actually fixed the problem saving us a lot of money.

We have just had our boiler and radiators upgraded by Tim and Tom. Brilliant from start to finish. Tim was very thorough with his quote so we knew exactly what was happening. Everything was on time and to schedule, and explained so that we understood! On Tim's recommendation we moved the boiler to a new location (moved from kitchen to airing cupboard) and the new pipework in the airing cupboard is so neat! We have also used Tim for a couple of smaller jobs now too (changing the kitchen tap and fixing the toilet fill valve) and we will be using him again to completely renovate our bathroom. Tim is an honest, reliable and knowledgeable man who we will use for years to come. Thanks Tim :)

I've been using Tim over the years for smaller jobs and I have always found him to complete work to an excellent standard. So when I wanted to replace my bathroom and downstairs toilet I was very confident in giving the work to Tim. Both projects are now complete and what a great job Tim and Tom did. The workmanship is to a really high standard and Tim always kept me informed of arrangements and plans for each days work. Wow what a truly professional and enjoyable experience by Tim. Had a complete new system installed switching to a Top Spec System Boiler, new Hot Water Cylinder and Water Softener. This was not the easiest of tasks but Tim tackled the challenge with ease thanks to his high knowledge, skill level and workmanship. Had the whole lot up and running 1st time with no leaks and minimal disruption with our Dogs and young children on the scene. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. He even came back on a seperate occasion just to install a new 3-way Kitchen Tap. Thanks again guys!
