Recently asked them to receive my Rakuten order and send them to me. Had selected to send with DHL. Was given a shipping quote for 18000 yen(9.3kg). A bit pricey but pay for it anyway. However once the parcel had arrived, I had the dimension of the package mesured which was only 5.5kg in cubic weight(physical weight 1.6kg). Was so pissed and contacted them immidiately. They did send me a particial refund 3000yen on the next day but it was still way less than the price difference(5500 yen). Was too tired to chase up again.
Have been using the forwarding service from few different companies in Japan for almost 10 years and it was the first time I have had such an awful experience. This company is faithless and if the customers don't check the actual size/weight of parcel, they will just keep cheating on customers as if there was nothing happened.

I was a bit hesitant since there are no reviews, but I ordered a couple of packages through them. Everything went perfect, even better than some more popular forwarding services. This review is based on only 2 packages, but I hope it continues to be a good experience because I plan on using them frequently. Will update this review, if the service quality changes. Expecting more packages to come.
