Speedy delivery, product as advertised

Ordered on a Wednesday and received following Monday so delivery was as advised, 2-3 business days. I ordered the compression packing bags and happy with product quality. Have been using non compression packing cubes so will be interested in seeing if these ones actually free up my suitcase space. Very happy with this company, on time delivery and product quality.

Good storage and has insulated bottle compartment
Con: why the smell is bad. Smells like fish. Ill try to laundry the pacifier case first and see if the smell will go away. Otherwise, I won’t be able to use the pacifier storage because the pacifier may absorb the smell!
Overall: satisfying nappy bag except the fish smell.

Ordered a 120$ bag

Ordered a 120$ bag, which was expected to be dispatched from Sydney on 24/10/24 & next thing I know is that it had been dispatched from China. Last update on 8/11/24 in Brisbane and in transit to Gold Coast for a week now. Contacted after sales services with the same generic response. Will never shop ever with them again.

My favorite Camera Sling Bag

I love this sling.  It is made with high quality materials and looks fancy.  The padding and cushioning are more than enough to keep my gear safe from unexpected hits and falls.  There are a good number of storage options for accessories.  The hard divider is removeable in case I want to use it without my camera equipment.  This sling is versatile.  If you are looking for a sleek and compact camera case, this one is worth checking it.  It does not disappoint.

Shipping took 28 days!!

The product was purchased on 4th October. I live in metro Melbourne and website says shipping 3-7 business days from Sydney. I was tracking the package online which said my parcel was coming from China, not Sydney. When my product hadn’t arrived on 20th October I enquired with the company and was impolitely told “too bad”. I purchased cheap packing cubes from Kmart and I left for my trip on 28th October and the product arrived on the 1st November.

Good quality service

I don't understand the negative reviews. I purchased their duffel bag which is really really good quality and I received it about 2 weeks later. I don’t know about the Customer Care because I never contacted them regarding the order because I didn’t have to since I waited patiently till the order arrives. I just ordered an expandable water bottle sling and a toiletry bag and hope I’ll get it soon too.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

This is nothing more than a Chinese drop shipping company with poor quality bags and customer service. They shipped my bag to the wrong state (my shipping address provided was double checked and correct) they took months to even refund the money, offered no compensation for the time lost and missed my travel date to Europe.

Avoid this bag - get a COR off amazon instead (much better quality and customer service)

Would be zero stars if I could

Terrible customer service, lost my order. I Ordered it over 2 weeks ago, wouldn’t refund or express new one before I travelled. Useless customer service rep, kept replying to my complaints with my own responses. It’s probably a bot.

Do not buy from Bagsmart, scam, unreliable

Absolute scam of a company. On 10/5, I ordered a bundle (carry-on backpack and packing cubes) to arrive in South Florida. First of all, they sent them separately. Why? That's the whole point of a bundle is for it to come together. Secondly, they advertise 3-5/2-7 business days to ship, which is not even close. My ETA delivery date is showing the 19th and now I have no bags or cubes for my vacation. Lastly, on 10/11, I received a update one item landed in Orlando, FL. Today, I learned they sent that item to CALIFORNIA. I live in South Florida and it was in Central Florida - Orlando...and they sent it to California...How does that make any sense? Terrible company, I have already told everyone I know to avoid. Reporting to BBB and ACCC.

Buyer beware - not Australian!

I didn’t realise Bagsmart was not Australian and products are shipped from China. Had I known, I would not have purchased! Still waiting on my order to arrive (if it does!) so can’t comment on quality.

The bag I bought was of poor quality. Customer service is horrible, super slow and they drag out the return process. I have not been able to return. I should have looked the reviews for this company before buying from them.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Do NOT buy from this crappy company. They do not honor returns. They put you through hell when you try to return an item never used. I’m still waiting 30 days after paying for the postage and taking item to post office. I’ve emailed ten times and still no refund. Total scam company

BEWARE! "Overseas" charges may add to the cost of your purchase

I ordered a Blast Quick Access 28L-38L Carry On Travel Backpack from bagsmart.au last Friday. The cost of the bag was $112. After placing my order, the order summary showed that shipping was free and that the total cost of my order was $112. I paid for the order using PayPal and my PayPal receipt was for $112. HOWEVER, when I checked my bank statement yesterday, I discovered that I had paid $115.36 for the backpack rather than the $112 shown on my PayPal receipt. The extra $3.36 was for an "Overseas Taxation Fee", which I presume was charged by my bank. I am very dissatisfied that there was no indication on the bagsmart.au website or from PayPal that there would be an additional fee on my purchase related to an "overseas" transaction. I would have ordered from another online retailer if I had known that bagsmart.au was an overseas company not an Australian one. I should note that I collected my backpack today. Although I have not yet used the backpack, I am happy with the its quality so far.
