I have been let down on an urgent order. Firstly I was told the order was going to be late and then I was assured the order will arrive the next day and then the following day when I expected the order to arrive was told it is no longer in stock. Lets hope my refund is processed in a timely way

Adding an update to this. The refund has been received in a timely manner.

Phone is switched off and has been for over a week. Doesn't respond to emails. Spent £100 and nothing has been sent to me - zero communication. It just looks like a scam.

The customer service is always first class. I brought the Radley coronation bag using Klarna. The Klarna experience was quick and easy to use.

Once my item was in stock, it was quickly despatched and arrived well packaged. Daniel was really helpful, and my husband is really happy with his new shoulder bag. In the midst of the current supply difficulties, I couldn’t ask for more.

Lovely shop with lots of beautiful bags. Very helpful staff. I had a larger item delivered to home and it was done very quickly. I would say they are very reasonable prices too. Well worth a trip out to and the whole shopping village is lovely.

The shop has a fantastic choice of good quality fashionable bags in a range of colours. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend shopping here.

Having passed the shop front, my wife had pointed out a lovely bag she would like for her birthday. Through swift email responses, Jason at BagsWithClass sent descriptions and pictures for clarification and confirmation. Collection was arranged with fist class service. Lovely shop with great choice of stylish bags at many price points.I bought a gorgeous orange shoulder bag-real impulse purchase but great choice! Love it so much I asked my mother to get me one in pink!! The staff were so helpful-photographed the bag and sent me a photo to check it was the right one. Nothing was too much trouble! Thoroughly recommend! Can’t wait to use my new bag! Thanks for the help!

Bags With Class - a great name for a great company. The service in the shop was great, really helpful without being pushy. Both members of staff were friendly.
I bought a wonderful bag which I love. Jason even ordered some purses and let me know when they had arrived. I decided that I wouldn’t but one of these and Jason was fine about this.

Found BagswithClass by accident after visiting Althorp and decided to Google outlet shopping nearby. Found a link to Heart Of The Shires Outlet.
What a great find. Classy Bags indeed. The owner was really helpful in helping me to make the right choice. Some terrific bags other leather goods. Lovely Visconti Man Bag for myself, which is now in use. My wife was almost tempted too by the Italian designs. Well worth a visit as you can get food and drink on the same site and look at some other designer shops.

First time I have purchased from this website, there was a delay of 3 days before I received my doctors bag, but was kept informed. I will definitely be using them for gifts at Xmas. James

Have ordered a jewellery box, had a confirmation of order by email, however no update on delivery. Have emailed , no reply and now trying to call. No one picking up the calls on any of their 3 options. Very poor customer service and non communication ! Want a refund .

Have been trying to get a returns form to send back an item for three weeks now, multiple emails and to no avail. In order for you to return anything they require you to fill in a form, but then don't provide you with the form. Bit of an archaic system for an online retailer and probably used as a means of deterring people from returning it. The initial person I contacted told me their warehouse would have to send the returns form. 1st why use this pdf form system in the first place?? 2nd if you are going to use it why not give everyone in the company easy access to it so they can forward on to customers, instead of only the "warehouse" being able to send it. Pretty ridiculous for 2021.

Ordered a Katie Loxton bag. After two weeks still not received anything. Sent an email to which no reply tried calling to be cut off. Eventually get a response on different email to be told bag is no longer in stock . However almost 12 hours later is still on the website available to purchase.
Not happy customer and shall not be purchasing with these again!
