So nearly 30K spent on a new caravan. First service (independant) tells us we are lucky to be alive as the gas has been leaking behind the fridge and could have blown the van up at any time. Apart from this! - hubby has also spent many hours fixing defects, fortunately he's the handiman type. Have written and telephoned Bailey repeatedly with no response. Do Not, repeat Not - buy a Bailey caravan

I bought a new Bailey Endeavour B62 in October 2024. After a whole series of quality/finish issues and a serious heating problem, everything finally seemed to be fixed after 3 months. But when using the van on a long trip at the beginning of the year, several more problems have emerged. The most serious - the large panel of interior trim above the sliding door which holds all the electronic controls has come away from the roof (either because it lacked the connecting clips when built, or these have broken). The panel is now hanging down precariously and gets worse every time the van is driven. If it falls, it will pull all the wiring out with it, causing even more serious problems. Despite my dealer being in touch with Bailey for weeks, the necessary parts or replacement panel haven't been provided. So, the problem remains unresolved. Once again, Bailey seem to be going out of their way to provide the worst possible aftercare, showing complete disregard for customers once a product is sold. It's extremely disappointing.

Far to long to reply by email and could not get through by phone after trying twice for forty minutes each time

There has been a long list of failed components and structural faults over the two years since we bought our Bailey Alicanto Grande II Porto. With windows needing re installation, lights falling down/not working, Doors and cupboard doors needing to be refitted and waiting for nearly two years now for the main front blind unit replacement!

Very helpful aftercare service. The problem was complicated. Eventually the aftercare lady was able to provide a solution.

I have been a Bailey owner for 30years up until now I have never had to buy any replacement items for any of my vans hence the reason why I have always stayed with Bailey.so whilst in storage I noticed my 2017 Bailey unicorn Madrid decal above the front windows were all cracked and discoloured.so for the very first time I decided to ring Bailey to purchase two new decals.i was absolutely shocked with the £200 price and that’s not including delivery charges also so the 2018 version has been modified with a glass type so I’m sure Bailey were well aware of the decal misshaps ..well I can tell you right now I will never buy a Bailey caravan again and yes it’s for that reason alone two stickers at a price of £200 absolutely shocking .

Just wanted to add our disappointment & frustration on buying a brand new bailey motorhome last year. We bought last July & since then have lost 5 weeks of usage with it having to go back to the dealers to complete problems due to poor workmanship & lack of attention to detail, the initial snagging list had 17+ items on! I initially emailed Bailey and the email response stated that they give a good warranty, so I concluded they expect others to sort out their poor standards. I have recently emailed after our last experience and as previous reviews have stated, I have received no response. Poor standards of build and customer after care seem to be the norm.

Hi Bailey of Bristol customer care,
Didnt exactly expect you to reply to the last review.
You asked me to email you directly so you could discuss it further, i guess so not to be seen by hundreds of potential customers i guess.
Now if you was to check back you will see that i emailed you in the first place and yes had pretty much the same reply as you gave me,so sorry you have had problems we will try to do better, blah blah blah. And that is why i rated you on trustpilot because i think your after care is very poor.

Disappointed not to get any support on a genuine mistake on our behalf for the transfer of the caravan warranty. Poor outcome for us which has been costly. We won't make the same again.
