Good, but not thirty quid good
I was thoroughly enjoying my tiny box of brownies until I found out what my Mother-in-Law paid for them. She was mortified by the size of the box. Maybe it's a North/South thing but no Geordie bakers could try and charge near that much.
They're £5 good, but not £28 good.

We very much appreciate that you thoroughly enjoyed your brownies – this is our aim.
We do advertise the size of our box online and it clearly states bite-size brownies. In regards to our pricing we have to disagree as we have a very fair and competitive pricing, as you can understand the cost of ingredient higher than ever before plus, we have many overheads and staff to pay them a living wage. £5 would barely cover the free postage to you. In regards to other ‘Geordie Bakers’ we have a known competitor from the area and we are significantly cheaper.

Extremely disappointed with my order…
Extremely disappointed with my order which I have just received, these were supposed to be gifts to my family but I certainly won’t be giving them now! Tiny in size and look absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised.

I would like to thank you for your feedback regarding your order, as you can understand these items are sent via the mail service so they will not look picturesque upon arrival as no one can every guarantee this via the mail service.
We do have a section within our terms and conditions that states this, except from extreme damage or perhaps damaged of the packing which was not the case from the pictures in which you sent.
The Family Box is also part of our waste not initiative so therefore flavours may vary from box to box. We do also advertise that the family box brownies are ‘bite size’

It’s pot luck for flavours but you do get a great selection and even some full brownie slices. Recommend if you want to try the brownies before committing to the subscription or buying packs as gifts

Amazing brownies and 5* service
